They have bugs of all types. Everything in their rooms is already destroyed and fifty.. they had to given me 3 rooms to alone still be disappointed. This hotel is a complete disappointment..

Layloni has excellent customer service she deserves a raise! Very polite also, Daniele is great, made my stay comfortable and less stressful.
