Coopers came in a rented truck on our moving day and to make room they had old appliances in the truck. They offloaded the garbage in our yard. They said they’d pick up in a couple days. 3 weeks later it is still there. Extremely poor customer service. They apologize when you call and say they’ll take care of it. Talk is cheap and there moving service is over priced for the professionalism you receive. Do not recommend coopers moving at all!

Great moving company. I would highly recommend. Courtney was very personable and was very customer service oriented. He was prompt in returning calls and professional over the phone. They disassemble and re-assemble furniture if need be. They also take great care of your belongings from packing to filling the truck to unloading. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Efficient, friendly, trustworthy movers. Great guys! They were careful and quick! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I hired three guys for their four hour package, they called to verify the morning of, then called let me know they were on their way. Handled everything great.

AMAZING!!!!! This was the best moving experience I have ever encountered!! Johnny, Jayvon and Courtney (Sorry if I misspelled anyone's name) were the best!!!! They were on time, professional and polite. I watched as they carefully wrapped all of my furniture, placed moving blankets on my floor and on door for precaution. They communicated and worked effectively and efficiently as a team. They handled all of my property with care as if it was their own. When we ran into an issue of one of my sectional pieces fitting into my condo these super movers did not give up and promised that they would figure out a way and THEY DID! They were enthusiastic, innovative, creative and most importantly THEY GOT THE JOB DONE with no complaints. I am officially making A Mack my preferred moving company. All movers should be like Johnny, Jayvon and Courtney. A1 QUALITY
