An excellent experience. I went in for rib injury. It was quality treatment from start to finish. Andrew Meyers PA-C is an excellent practitioner. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Really took the time to ask questions about my condition. He provided valuable information related to treatment options. I even received a call from him in the evening to discuss the finding of my x-rays. I really appreciate how I was treated. I highly recommend this clinic.

Wonderful location! Be prepared for attitude from certain members of the front desk staff. Perhaps they feel the work they are doing is beneath them.Beyond that, the place and staff are great!

Dr. Meyer was right on the target. Based on my symptoms, he correctly inferred what was going on, explained things to me thoroughly, gave me directions for my new meds, and was on my way! Will come back if anything goes wrong with me!

I visited the First Choice location today along with my husband. The front desk personnel can make or break your overall experience. The first thing that happened, I was told I owed a co-payment from a previous visit. Another staff person reviewed the screen and let the medical assistant know I didn’t owe a copayment. I remained at the desk until I inquired if the medical assistant was finished and she stated yes. The second no-no, don’t assume that I want to be seen with my husband. We are two individual people and I know we don’t get a discount for treating us together. We let the PA doctor, S. Fredrickson know and our request was granted to be seen separate. The attending doctor assistant was excellent but the front desk staff needs assistance with her customer service skills.

My experience here was awesome! Staff is very friendly. Jeanne the medical assistant was wonderful. Very polite, professional with a great sense of humor. This place is very efficient. No long waits.

I wii never ever go back I ask for water I was told to get water from machine it was a nasty fountain I told them it was dirty they say it was just water marks secretary said she would clean it I told her that was all right so she offered a bottle water that was nice here comes the doctor chewing her out about the bottle water mi asked him did he wanted me to pay for it I told him that was disrespectfu Ball l some one out about a water he tried to go back an forth with me I have more to say

Super friendly staff, soooo quick in and out and and the doctor was great. Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care and will absolutely be going back to this one in the future.
