If you want to fund money to someone’s drug addiction this is the place to go! Came here 7/3 at 10:30 pm and gave $20 cash to put on the pump. We go to pump the gas and only got $10 worth. My friend watched her pocket $10 of that $20. When confronted she pulled the 2 5s out of her pocket and apologized and said “sorry I thought you said $10 on 10”

I’m giving it a two because SOME of the staff is friendly. I’m not one to be quiet about something, so when I do go in there, I do notice that their prices for cigarettes and gas are ridiculously high. I mention the price of cigarettes, and I am told by staff if I don’t like their prices that don’t come in or don’t buy the stuff. I find it hard to believe that the price of a pack of Marboro cigarettes is $10… The other gas stations are not $10. The smoke shop is not $10. But in this particular gas station they’re $10. Their gas is always higher than everybody else is around. When I inquire about their prices, they always tell me the prices are going up or have gone up. How is it that they would be only gas station in town that their prices consistently go up? the Shell gas station further down the road has cheaper, gas and cheaper cigarettes. Their pop is a little bit high alcohol prices also are a little bit on the higher side. I was told once that they sign contracts for the gas and all shell gas stations should be the same, which I have found not to be true considering , the other Shell gas station in town has also informed me that this particular shell gas station is out of their ever loving mind. Long story short, some staff will go out of their way for you while the rest of them are rude as hell and my personal opinion they’re price gouging the hell out of their customers the gas prices now are within $.10 of the other gas stations, but at one point in time they were $.20-$.30 more, and their prices go up before everybody else’s. I personally have not bought gas at this gas station or any other one in South Lyon, because you can find gas anywhere from $.20-$.60 cheaper if you’re willing to drive 15 or 20 minutes out of South Lyon. if you want to save your money, go elsewhere. If you don’t care to throw your money out the window, they will happily take your money. Sadly, after my visit there today which I might add, has been the first time I’ve been in there in months because of their ridiculously high prices and after what I was told by the staff members if I don’t like their prices go someplace else I happily well. They need to remember they’re not the only place in town to buy cigarettes, liquor, pop, etc. which I also find funny that they’re candy/snack section is also way over priced . I just don’t get how you could be considered a small town business, but screw the residence of that small town. With that being said the few employees that are nice and welcoming, I will miss, the rest of the employees, and their extremely ridiculous high prices, I will not.

Owner price gouges . 4.99 for a 20 oz bottle of faygo cause its special edition. $20 over list for certain Crown Royal flavors for same reason. Shop elsewhere if you can.

Don't come in here if you value your health because rednecks go up in there without masks. Saw one in there last night and it made me really uncomfortable. Cashier didn't say anything as he wasn't wearing one either.

I completely hate spending my money at this gas station. Everytime I walk in, no matter who is behind the counter, I feel uncomfortable because of how rude each worker is. Never again will I visit this gas station. How they act towards customers is totally unnecessary and completely pathetic. I would give them a rating of 0 stars if it was possible.
