I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this pharmacy. Very professional and quick..Trisha is an AWESOME tech..they should all be like her! I won't go anywhere else.

Stupid manager insists putting pick up baskets 100+ FEET from door -- making them hard to find, EVERY CUSTOMER has to ask workers WHERE THEY ARE, or WORSE , WHEN BUSY we customers have to LOOK for them!THIS IS INCREDIBLY D*** AND RUDE TO CUSTOMERS.

Employees at the pharmacy are incredibly rude... I went in to pick up my prescription after being diagnosed with the flu. When I got to rite aid the day after the prescription was put in rite aid informed me that their systems are down and they cannot sell me my prescription and that they're expecting to be down for at least 24 hours. I then tried to get my fiance's prescriptions which had no copay and she refused to do so unless I spoke to her in a nicer tone and said please. You have got to be kidding me!

They leave you hanging when you try to speak with someone and then they have very little knowledge or time to explain why your prescription is being delayed!!! DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE IN THE PHARMACY!!!

Cooler is always broke, all the drinks are warm ALL the time. The card readers decline my card almost every time, so you have to basically check out twice before it will work....hopefully. Every single food item I have purchased from there is stale and expires in a few days.

Their website says that they take walk in appointments for vaccines, but I was turned away this afternoon by the pharmacist because she was "three days behind on filling prescriptions". She was rude, and if she's telling the truth about how behind they are, I wouldn't go here for vaccines or prescriptions.

Almost positive I got covid in this store because South Lyon is a bunch of anti-maskers that lie about being vaccinated. This is the only store I've been to in weeks, and I saw a maskless lady sneezing in line right before I had to go up and pay. Even though I'm fully vaccinated, I'm now quite sick and have a toddler at home. I just think they need to crack down on masks again because I rarely see people wearing them in there and covid cases are back on the rise. This is a PHARMACY, immunocompromised people have to go here for their medication. DO BETTER

I wouldn't normally leave a review for a place like Rite Aid but I really must commend the effort put forth by the pharmacy staff at this location. I've had multiple positive experiences with all the staff here but Trish (Trisha?) specifically has gone above and beyond my expectations these last couple times. It's so rare to find such diligence and compassion in an everyday customer service encounter these days. I can't thank her enough for all her help.

I got to Rite Aid this morning after receiving a text notification that my prescription was ready. I waited literally 25 minutes in the drive through for my prescription, and couldn't leave because I was boxed in. The car in front of me waited 15 minutes before they just drove away. While waiting, I tried calling the pharmacy several times to inquire what the issue was. No one would answer the phone. By the time I got to the front, I told the assistant about my wait. She was very defensive. She said that there were 23 people in the store waiting for covid vaccines and that they were backed up. Why schedule do many appointments if there's no one to do the work? Why not close the drive through or staff the pharmacy with enough people to appropriately to meet the demand? No one should have to wait so long. It's unacceptable. The last time I came to pick up, I waited 15 minutes for the car ahead of me to complete a self administered covid test. Unfortunately, service has deteriorated so badly at this location that my family will be moving to a different pharmacy.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!! No one in the store, and they make me wait 1-2 hours in the store for my prescriptions. This is the exact reason why Rite Aid needs to go out of business! The company is horrible!!!
