I went there to withdraw money and all of the “video banking atms” were down and the manager came out and I asked her when will this be fixed? All of the arms are down. And her answer was I’m not sure and she wasn’t very nice about it.

What bank doesn't accept cash? THIS ONE! Worst bank ever. Whoever heard of a cashless bank. Tried to make a deposit and they cannot take cash. Tried to use machine it kept spitting back the money. WOW is all I can say. Close your accounts now and get out of PNC.

Switched to virtual tellers but have a live person standing there to tell you that you need a live teller at a other branch... what's the point

Negative 5...not even my bank. Making a deposit for work..4 employees in the branch doing nothing. No tellers. They want you to go out side or stand ib their cold vestibule and use a video teller. Whosever idea this was should be fired.

No more tellers at this branch, I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and i will be looking for a new branch because of the virtual tellers

Once a friendly local bank, now I have to waste 15 minutes talking to and taking orders from a robot-like figure lurking somewhere behind a screen. A simple deposit that a competent human could have completed in 2 minutes. But the two humans in the building merely sat and chatted with each other, eating cookies. No wonder banking fees keep increasing with this waste of payroll.

DO NOT USE - PNC refunded a check I wrote to my significant other because they thought the signatures didn't match (they clearly did) and failed to alert me, causing her to have returned check and subsequently overdraft fees. The South Lyon branch manager (Paige) specifically said not to try and write another check as they can't guarantee it won't also be flagged and reversed! The branch manager was extremely condescending and didn't work with me at all to rectify the issues or charges that came from this. Being a customer of them for nearly a decade doesn't matter. I'm actively closing out my personal and business accounts with them as a result of this and highly encourage others to do the same.

They are 'Cashless'. Meaning there aren't any tellers and you must use the ATM to "cash" a check!?! I wish I'd known this before. I won't ever be using this branch again,

Had fraud on my account of over 5k that PNC let through, accused me of the fraud, and is holding my money during a holiday. I’ve been with them for over 20 years and am done. What a terrible company that does not care about its customers at all.

Worst bank around since they got rid of their tellers. No managers ever available & atm isn't doing correct amounts (adding zeros) for deposits so cks are coming back NSF & then they won't re deposit them. They have you call customer service which is a joke because you are put on hold (30 min at a time) & passed from person to person with no resolutions. I personally have had this & other things happen & nobody can resolve them. Closing my accounts & taking my business elsewhere

The idiot in the center office when you walk in straight to the back is a condescending incompetent waste of time I can't pronounce his name but we will call him Habib this man is useless and should be removed from his position

Bank does not care for costumers put in machines that don’t give receipts takes 45 minutes PLUS to wait in line to find machine can’t do. Bank needs to close if they can’t afford to have real tellers that can get things accomplished in reasonable time.

The future of your banking experience right here people. This branch of PNC much like others have now removed humans from every aspect of your banking experience. The office is now closed but yet they still say they are open and their communication to customers was something exciting has happened. You now get to drive up to either the ATM for a video teller machine which I've never seen before but here they are. Putting another industry of people out of jobs. What's the purpose of banks again????
