Charged me a monthly service fee, even though I have enough in my account where that shouldn't happen. lied to me about interest rates. Awful experience.

Honestly, one of the worst banks I’ve ever been to this precise location does not give an opportunity to actual speak to a human being. You have to go to the ATM and wait for a teller I was sitting in there for 20 minutes.

My whole family did all of our banking here. Now they have gotten rid of actual tellers. Everything is done by ATM or video teller. Most of the time the ATMs don’t work. Will be going with a credit union.
