I rented a storage unit for 3 months, in the climate-controlled section. The unit and hallways were clean and well-lit. There was always a cart available to help unload/load. Staff were very helpful. If I need another unit again in South Lyon, this will be the first place I look. 5 stars!

When I rented the storage unit it was called something else and the woman at the desk told me as long as I give them a week's notice I would get money returned for unused weeks. The rude little chubby guy was quick to point out that there would be NO refund even though I moved out only days after the payment processed. Their fees are extremely high, it's not a good location, and the customer services was terrible. My stuff was dry and fine so I will give it 2 instead of 1 but rude employees kill businesses.

Amazing experience! For when you walked in with great customer service. They greeted us and we felt welcome! The storage units were clean and amazing. The owner runs his business with a servant’s heart. If we could do 10 stars we would!
