Steve is the best if I could give more than a five star review I would. I promise you will not be disappointed. I've been coming here for over 4 years. He is number one!!! Customer service is his expertise!!! Also he's completely honest, If he can save you a fee he will find the way to do it. If it's possible.

Any time we need any cell services we go see Steve in South Lyon! He always has the best prices and deals! Steve will go over all details with you before you sign anything, it is nice being able to trust in the fact that he goes the extra mile to make sure you understand what you are getting! If you’re tired of paying outrageous prices for your cell service, do me a favor and go see Steve Matti at Metro by T Mobile on Pontiac trail. Don’t get confused and go to the T Mobile store next to krogers. Steve Matti is awesome and he cares about getting you the best possible deal. I was paying $120/mo and now I pay nothing for the same network as T Mobile. There are benefits out there that the larger corporations don’t mention or talk about, but Steve hooked me up! Wonderful customer service from a person who actually cares!

So glad our family switched to this instead. Our monthly bill isn’t backing the bank and was able to switch quickly. We were able to get a new phone for one of daughters because of the screen being broken and was able to afford another line for our other daughter. All thanks to the lower monthly

The customer service here is 100% satisfactory in my opinion. My fiancé had to pay his phone bill and we drove from Novi to this location. The store was empty but the clerk was attentive and very helpful with questions regarding our phones. My fiancé purchased a phone case and the clerk put it on the phone as well.

This store was amazing!! I had an issue of my phone number being cancelled, I called customer service yesterday after 2 hours on the phone and got no where. I came into the store and within 15 mins he had everything restored and working again!! I will always keep coming back here. Thank you Steve for all your wonderful help and expertise.

The best metro pcs store I have ever visited!!! Very professional, polite, and capable. I will continue to drive out of my way to this shop. I am honeslty still kind of shocked about how smooth things went, since usually things seem to always be more complicated then they should be in regards to my past experiences with metro shops.
