The customer service I receive from every employee here is amazing! Especially Nancy in the pharmacy! She is so kind and compassionate. Quick and efficient. Always smiling. Makes you feel so welcome. The front end employees are very knowledgeable and kind. It’s so nice to go here to get all of my needs and feel so welcomed by everyone.

I called because my prescription has been sent per dr office. Said why I was calling and Tiffany with the mediocre job and attitude wants to rude. Now when I say rude I mean for zero reason and when I say hey I was simply saying why I'm calling man! She says rudely I'm a ma'am. Well you know what I spend alot of time and money in this store and if that's ok customer service I'll shop at Buschs cuz screw that. Our prescriptions will be transfered out!!!! Screw Kroger!!!!

My meds are constantly out of stock. Called recently after my refill wasn’t filled for 2 weeks, was told incorrectly I would need doctors approval. I showed them proof they were incorrect but they kept insisting. Treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Called my doctor and he was just as confused as I was (curious, right?), as I still had a refill available (WHOA, almost like it’s exactly what I said!)Will be switching to Walgreens.

They say they do their job but Ive never experienced what I did with any pharmacy until I called this one. Not only are they rude when you ask how they are doing, they try to say it takes 2-3 business days just to contact a previous pharmacy for a transfer. They stated the old pharmacy just doesn’t answer their phone yet every time Ive called my old pharmacy, they always answer including right after they claim they called. Then to say they contacted me with a phone call yet having no missed calls while the lady is yelling in the back ground to justify her not doing her job, this place is a absolute joke. After this experience I tried CVS down the road and I recommend them they did what Kroger couldn’t do in not even 24 hours.and are super friendly. Highly do not recommend this Kroger pharmacy!

I don't even like the fact that I have to give them one star. I have never met a more incompetent staff than this one. If you actually want to get your prescriptions, don't go there. I've dealt with them for 6 years.

Yikes. This location doesn't get much love. Take the some of the corporate politics out of the equation and I like the South Lyon Kroger. One thing I will say is that they (usually) have the best selection of Matchbox cars for my kiddo. Weird to note I know but it's one of the reasons I like to come here. That aside, their produce is pretty fair, and their meat selections are also pretty good. All in all I haven't had any issue with service, they keep good inventory, and check out is always smooth too. Prices are very competitive over that at Busch's and they give you 3 cents off on gas with their card around the side of the building.

Nancy is AMAZING.... the middle eastern female pharmacist is rude and disrespectful. She repeatedly interrupted my conversation with the tech...from across the room ... and said that Good Rx is such and such... clearly assuming I didn't know what I was talking about...but I did know because I had called earlier. The wrong prescription had been put through Good Rx... the other one went through my Humana and it wasn't supposed to... I gave up trying to get it straight because all she wanted to do was talk over me about how Good Rx works...NOT THE ISSUE!! But she didn't even care a little bit about helping me. I was the problem in her narrow mind. So I may have ended up paying more because she wouldn't stop talking down to me. I can't afford to pay more on a fixed income and certainly not because she's lacking in basic manners. I gave up on the other prescription and said I'd go to Walgreens...she said, "ok, I'll put it on file for when they call"... IT WAS AN OTC... my doctor thought it might be cheaper with insurance...it was $7 cheaper OTC at Walgreens...SMH... SHE WAS CLUELESS AND PROUD OF IT. I moved everything to a different pharmacy as soon as I got home. Kroger doesn't care... look how many other people are saying the same thing.

Sara & Nancy really hustled for me today! Being a new customer and all. I transferred my prescriptions over and Nancy really helped me out. Saved me even more money! THEY WERE SO SLAMMED ON A SATURDAY MORNING OMG! But they really worked super duper hard to take care of everyone. I've never seen a pharmacy so packed in my life. They handled it like pros! They're definitely understaffed and not at full working capacity with just the 2 of them. But they did their best. Heck even though I have a job. I might just apply and work there too help them out! Because I felt bad how over worked they were and how mean people are to them. Really no one has patience anymore and are so QUICK TO rip their heads off. Regardless. They did GREAT!!!! THANK YOU NANCY FOR TAKING GREAT CARE OF ME AND SAVING ME MONEY!!!
