Very crowded, expensive as hell, hard to find items and they didn’t have what I was looking for. They have higher prices than Meijer’s and ALDIs.

There are some very nice & helpful employees there..in fact, all of them..but, I wish this store had more fresh produce, cheeses, and a better meat department.

The bathroom at this store is never available to customers , it’s always “closed” also when you ask a worker where an item is at they never know, well maybe they shouldn’t work here if they don’t know.

Excellent variety, friendly staff, decent parking. Plenty of pumps at the gas station. The curbside pick-up is quick and easy.

The only reason I am giving three stars is because I have had great interactions prior to today. But what an incredibly rude customer service woman working the phones today April 2 around 9:30 am. I called and was kind and said my delivery order was wrong and I didn’t receive multiple items and received someones else’s, how could we remedy it? She quickly told me it was not their problem and to call 1-800-Kroger, was rude and abrupt and NO help. I said that’s incredibly unhelpful and she said well that’s what we’ve got and then sarcastically said have a nice day!!!! I’m in customer service as a Realtor and I just can’t imagine speaking to someone like that. Companies need to be careful who they have answering their phones. I won’t use this service again.

I’m not sure who’s been stocking the Oreos but the last five packs I bought all of them have been broken in half and it’s a crisis. I’m really sad about it and I’m going to a different Kroger‘s now.
