Took in our adored cat for litter box and vomiting problems. We were seen promptly and for the first time in my cat-owning days, shown X-rays of our cat's insides. We were treated with great courtesy and care by everyone. We are very grateful and full of praise for the practice.

Our first visit was the first appointment after adopting my 3 month old puppy and it went well aside from when I asked them to trim down her black nails. I heard her cry from the other room and they told me they accidentally cut her dewclaw a bit too short. Less than one week later we had to come back to pick up antibiotics as her stool sample was positive for parasites. We were given a powder medication to sprinkle on her food once a day, and a bottle of pills to give twice a day until finished. I verified how to administer each medication with the tech at the front desk before leaving. After we got home my puppy had her first meal with the powder, and had one pill. Unfortunately after she had already had both medications I noticed the pill bottle had a different name and a completely different breed on it. They gave my chihuahua a golden retriever dose of a medication that not only did she not need, but was not even hers. I called the office immediately and let them know, the tech told me the additional medication taken was a GI medication that should not affect her. I asked her to please check with the vet anyways. She then comes back to the phone and says the vet recommends we come back to induce vomiting as soon as possible because the dosing was higher than what she could handle for her age and weight. I'm upset and wanted to review this office because of this in case anyone is looking for a good vet clinic. What's even worse is that I never met the main doctor from this clinic, and they never reached out after this medication error. Needless to say but we are going elsewhere

We switched to Great Oaks as it's around the corner from the house and not the 20 minutes to go to our previous vet (who was also advocating for dog video visits... while the dog was in the room at the vets and charge the same...). I wanted a vet I could walk in and see who would evaluate my dog in a room. The clinic and its staff have been nothing but kind and flexible, willing to answer questions and not always out to make a buck or advocate for a test that isn't needed - yet. They also give shots quickly - they hug the dog and give the shot; my dog was none the wiser. Glad to have a new young team running the practice. Literally the neighborhood vet ;)

Wonderful place! Very clean, front desk staff is friendly, the doctor was amazing, you didn’t feel rushed, he answered any questions we had, explained things, gave a quote for further treatments and explained everything. And very reasonably priced. Thank you for providing great care! ?

Extremely disappointed. Staff is extremely rude, uncaring and untrained. They staff seems extremely overwhelmed- no welcome when you arrive, want you to wait in lobby and not be w/your pet during visit. Unable to use the computer system, their heads are down when checking you in and outUnable to perform a simple nail trim- unable to check you out effectively.I went to the room where I heard my dog crying. Two workers were fumbling w/computer and they had the male worker(helper) holding my dog thst is clearly not his role. They already gave my Dog the shot but they worked on the computer and let my Dog cry and sit thereI do not get it. Choosing a vet to care for your pets is a big deal. The last thing this owner needs is a bad staff. I highly encourage the owner to evaluate his team and hire new team members they are clearly hurting your businessLastly - the receptionist area is a disaster - personal coats, hoodies, drinks all over the counters and hanging from their chairsVery rude, unwelcoming place- clearly different from make the make up of the rest of green oak township Pls consider a new veterinarian- disappointed guest

We love Dr. Boike and his staff! They always welcome us the second we walk in the door. You can tell the staff is very well trained with animals and Dr. Boike is caring with our animals. The lobby is very clean and orderly! There is also a nice coffee bar for guests :) We have been here multiple times and have never had a bad visit. Thanks Dr. Boike and team!
