Was my first time here - where I am from in Fla Great clips is a walk in no appt needed salon so I walked in was greeted with did you make an online appt - No - the woman who checked me in put me in the computer as Karen ( as if I don’t know what a Karen is- insult) instead of asking my name - she was unfriendly , I needed to go back and touch up her work basically i won’t go back sad it was close by to where we were staying and I will need haircuts during our summer stays in MI - but with so many places to choose from their loss not mine — disappointed in effort to welcome a walk in customer

I had a very bad experience and I didn’t get my haircut as I wished. I clearly showed them the picture and the haircut I wanted but they were not even close.

My friend was visiting from South Branch , Michigan. She wanted her hair cut. So, i got on line and scheduled her appointment. She was very happy with her cut.
Soooooo i added the Great clip App to her phone
Stylist: She loved the stylist and plans to get her hair cut the next time she is down state

Joelle was an amazing stylist! She didn't just cut my hair. She also has a great eye for fashion and style. Joelle was awesome, polite and sweet. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted with precision. I highly recommend having Joelle cut your hair. You will not be disappointed!

Bad hair day had prompted my hair stylist & her boss to turn me away today because my hair is supposedly matted. Unbelievable! I have been going there for years for wash and cuts. No fuss hair do. .Here is a story. Last October Prima was shaking her head in disbelief brushing my hair and muttered the words “it’s dry.” I ? figured she had a bad day. I tipped her real good amount of tip$ for her trouble to untangle my mane. On that same day Prima never told that she cannot work on my hair if it’s tangled. This is the question that’s she refused to answer me today. Why didn’t you turn me away in the first place?? ? She and her boss knew my hair tends to get frizzy. I still have a right for a service for her or anyone to fix my hair. It was in the need to be washed and cut. Today they advised me to go home to brush/comb it out and come back. ? I told her “You got to be kidding me even though I was here a hour ago to make appointment and I was informed to come back in.” I thought she was joking. Nope ? . I told her it was brushed today and it was washed few days ago. Unbelievable! My hair was not completely matted even though there were few tangled areas. My hair is curly and wavy & was in the need to be washed and cut today. .i walked out and will never come back. That same day I went to Great Clips at different location and the hair stylist told me she could not believe what Prima and her manager how they had treated me by turning me away. Here are “before” & “after”photos. The “before” photo was taken right before I walked in South Lyon Great Clips place. I had my hair done at other Great Clips location which the stylist had done great job. She took her time to listen and smiled. I love my hair cut. I will not go back to Great Clips in Brookdale shopping center.

The women at this particular great clips, ill refer to just by her first initial "R", gave my daughter the worst, most traumatic hair trim of her life. My daughter has very long thick hair and this women took no more than 10mins start to finish. Just sprayed it down and started hacking away. NOTHING is even with anything else. She "face framed" the whole left side of her head. She finished at least 3 hair cuts before mine was even done... I'd say they were ALL pretty rushed and terribly executed. Not that she cared. Shame on you "R"

Went here for a trim and clean up of my long layers. What should be an easy haircut, turned out to be a complete disaster. Will never go back, and now I need to pay to have someone fix it.
