The CVS MY WIFE & I visited is @ the corner of Pontiac Trail @ Silver Lake Road, where You can head to South Lyon, MI. WE had gone there to buy a 2 liter Coke, but found WE had to settle for two 1 liters, which seemed Very odd. The pricing for a gallon of milk seemed higher than what WE are accustomed to, also. I think it is not completely unexpected to pay more for convenience, though. With that explained, I am happy they are there when You need them.

The pharmacy never seems to have prescription medication in stock, even the most basic ones. It’s always causing us to look elsewhere losing previous time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. always rude and entirely unhelpful. They will tell you they’ll have a prescription ready in an hour and when you get there tell you it will take another 20 minutes because they didn’t fill it. Specifically the pharmacy tech who comes to the window is extremely rude. She also gave my husband incorrect instructions on my 1 year olds medication. This could be dangerous! I have since decided to switch pharmacies.

Truly abysmal. Been filling prescriptions here for years because it's in a convenient location for me. I genuinely can not remember the last time I picked up a refill without some type of issue, usually costing me at least 15 minutes.The staff are rude and unhelpful and the wait times are almost always long. Don't waste your time with this location.

Just have to give a shout out to the Pharmacy. Anita Jim, and staff are patient and caring and always available to help even on the busiest of days. They take the time to know who the patients are in their care. Thank you for your hard work it is appreciated.

Waited 10 minutes behind someone just when it’s my turn he tells me they just closed. Seriously maybe it’s different but i highly doubt that you should finish any line that was there before closing tho. And to slam the window protection down right after seriously rude.

Came here for Covid test but turned away because they are not equipped but their website allows appointments for Covid test. What a waste of time.Staff was not friendly at all.

Came through the drive-thru to get my husband's meds like I always do.. For some reason the lady at the window Push to open that sliding bin out so fast and hard that it hit my car. I told her that she needs to slow it down on opening it up that she hit my car with the sliding box she didn't even say I am sorry she just looked at me. I pulled up so I could get out to look where it hit the car good thing there was to damage. Please tell your staff to be more careful at the drive-thru window on sending out the sliding box.

Note this review is ONLY for the pharmacy, not for the retail part of CVS (since the new manager has taken over the retail part of the store, I have never seen it so clean and aesthetically pleasing! The manager Tracy and one of the team members Melissa are amazing. I’m sure their other team members are awesome as well).I have a huge problem with the pharmacy. Yesterday I went inside right back to the pharmacy for a very important script at about 4pm. The pharmacist waited until after 5pm to tell me she can’t fill the script because she doesn’t know how to open the safe and that she had tried three or four times….at this point, being after 5, my doctor office was now closed so I couldn’t even call her to send the script elsewhere. And there was no one else who could help me. She wasn’t very nice either. I also had my two year old with me, who was very good and patient for the first 35 mins and then he was not happy. It would’ve been nice if she would have seen how much trouble he was giving me and told me before over an hour had passed that she couldn’t do it and I could’ve left much sooner. It was a disaster of an experience and I’m honestly not sure how they can just tell a customer in need of a very important script that they just can’t fill it and to come back tomorrow.I’ve tried both CVS pharmacies South Lyon has and both of the pharmacy portions are awful. The pharmacists are always so rude and seem irritated and they never have scripts filled on time either. Wish I could go somewhere else!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever been given!!!! First they lose my prescription then oh its found and it was ordered and its here just need some info from your Dr. I call the Dr. they had not received a call or message from CVS so they called it in then I get a text stating that they need to order my prescription after being told they already had and it was in!!!! So many lies and not just from one mouth there it seems they all lie at least in the pharmacy so now we are 1 week after my hospital procedure and NO MEDICATION!!!!!! I would never recommend going here lord only knows what they would do if that medication was to save my life because they cant stop lying long enough to even care........
