“Lady that's there in the morning is super polite and always has super fresh coffee. She noticed I was the first one there almost every morning and started waiting to brew one of her pots until right when I pulled up and since has even taught me how to start it in case she's in the middle of something when I pull up. You can immediately get a cup as soon as it's started. My job has me going to different places, even if I'm going the opposite way sometimes I'll still go here in the morning just because the women there in the morning is so awesome.”

I've had multiple positive experiences with all the staff here but Trish (Trisha?) specifically has gone above and beyond my expectations these last couple times. It's so rare to find such diligence and compassion in an everyday customer service encounter these days. I can't thank her enough for all her help.”

“CVS Store #8066 is most definitely the jewel of the South Lyon, Michigan CVS locations. Kyle, Gareth, Pam, Juanita, Nathan, Ray, & Olivia ALL provide exceptional customer service. All are very courteous, helpful, kind, and go well above & beyond of what’s expected of them when it comes to taking care of their customers. If it (customer service) were a sport they would be World Champions. I’ve been a proud customer of that particular CVS location for 18 years now and I hope to be coming there for at least another 18 years. I bought 2 cans of soup for a Christmas Day recipe, went to prep, realized I had bought the wrong flavor, zipped to downtown SL hoping something was open… Not only were you open, but you had Campbell’s cream of chicken soup in stock. Saved the recipe! Thank you!”
