BCT was blocking our stores entrance during rush hour to deliver to a neighboring business Wed. When asked how long he was going to be, the driver was unnecessarily rude and combative. Informing me he’s an emergency vehicle on a public street. His delivery wasn’t an emergency, he was blocking our store rather then the business he was delivering to, and there were two other public streets to choose from to not interfere with our customers. A simple hello I’m going to be this long would have went a long way.
