“I recently purchased a BMW touring from a private buyer in MI. I purchased this vehicle site unseen as I live in VA. I requested a PPI on the vehicle which was done by Dixon. Not only did they do it in a very timely manner, they updated me with feedback & photos of the few negatives they found which gave me confidence in buying the vehicle. Due to purchasing this vehicle site unseen, I asked the owner of Dixon, Phil, if he would facilitate this sale to put me at ease as I could not travel to get the car myself. While I do not know if he does this regularly, he immediately said yes & did exactly what was asked to give me the utmost confidence that I was safe in this transaction. I took delivery of my vehicle yesterday & I couldn't be happier. I have to thank Phil tremendously for his assistance as he provided the reassurance I needed to feel good about this purchase. Unfortunately, I am not closer to him to do business more regularly however I encourage those that are to take advantage of it. I cannot recommend him enough.”
