This office is excellent. I see some complaints, but most seem to do with insurances. I've had nothing but great experiences with this whole office staff. Lynne Lach the office manager always seems to have the right answers. Dr. Fulbright is the best Doctor I have ever had. I would highly recommend this entire office.

This place is horrible. Was told to come in for wellness visit my insurance covers I gave all information days ahead of appointment, after the visit I'm charged 250 dollars and they say my insurance doesn't work for there office. I have been trying to call and talk to them I keep getting told they will call me back and they never do. Now I have been on hold for 27 min and counting. My doctor was also 45 min late for visit. Sally is the rudest person, so unprofessional hung up on me because she didn't like my voice got loud on phone when I'm being charged instead of my insurance. Never go here let them close up shop.

Dr. Powers (now Dr. LaCute) and Dr. Soni were the only caring doctors at this facility. I followed them when they opened their own practice together in Novi.

This used to be a good office :( I was "seen" 2 days ago, BP 150/104- nobody cared, left sitting in the exam room for 30 minutes and then was told, oh sorry, thought the supervising Dr was coming in, you can go now. Was told 3 Rx's would be called in, the 2 that got called in were OTC meds and the 1 not called in is the only one that needs an Rx. Absolutely DISGUSTING treatment from these doctors!!! Been messaging through the portal, no response. Call the office, no one answers the phone. Zero stars, they do NOT care about patients AT ALL.

I have been here a few times, and I've seen two different residents. The first time, I was simply there to establish myself as a new patient, and the doctor insisted that I needed antidepressants. She argued with me in person and on a virtual visit.
Recently I came in for a headache I've been having for, what is now, over a month long. I spoke to the doctor and he said it was migraines, he spoke to the attending, and apparently they decided it was actually a tension headache. Nobody informed me that the diagnosis had changed in that 5 minutes, but they changed a med I've been on for over a year, and only gave me a 15day supply. Fine. The medicine didn't get called in, I messaged on the portal, and once it did I found it was not effective. I messaged on Tuesday to address it, it's now Friday, the office is closed, and I am in pain and have still received NO response. I was told when I called on Thursday that the doctor was reviewing it. I am left once again in pain and barely able to work until who knows when.

Mom and I have gone here for years since we moved out this way. Mom for over 30 years. Me since 2002. . We are pleased with the Drs. And all the staff who are friendly and courteous.

I had a nice doctor and nurse, they were both very pleasant. I was hoping to get on my birth control shot and an anxiety medication, only to find out my insurance doesn't cover my anxiety medication, no big deal, just won't get it. However my birth control injection (depo) was sent to my pharmacy, (200$ out of pocket) but I didn't know I was supposed to go pick up my own birth control injection, then take it back to the doctors to have them inject it. I've never had to go get my own depo shot from a pharmacy, so that's very strange and inconvenient. My insurance tells me that birth control is completely free on my insurance plan, so 200$ is outrageous to pay just because the doctors office doesn't carry the most common birth control method (strange). Overall it was a complete waste of time. A worthless visit to say the least. A manager called me, only to tell me she'd call me back, yet didn't call back. Anyway, I'd recommend the Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in South Lyon.

Well they were great to get in on short notice but I was disappointed necause I ended up going to urgent care and getting a script antibodtic because of the pus that was draining. Think I'll head back there if not better.

Had a good experience, but with another new doctor. Over the last year I have had to pick a new doctor because of all the changes and doctor leaving this office. I have been going there for over 30 years but might be time to find somewhere else.

My husband was running 15 minutes late for an annual physical so of course I called to reschedule, but I was told to come on in, and they would still be able to see him. They even said “drive safe do no rush.” We arrived 17 minutes late because a construction vehicle blocked the road backing in his rig. We were told sorry you had to be here 2 minutes ago. After driving 35 minutes to get there, we had to reschedule - what I had called in to do originally!!! If we can change doctors/ locations, we will. Not happy.
