Walmart is Walmart... It's a place to shop and get your needs... The folks there are just doing their job, don't give them a hard time... At least they are trying to do a job that a lot of people DON'T WANT??? And the door greeters don't like asking for receipts, but they are doing what the store managers want them to do... It's NOT an easy job to do, because there are IDIOTS out there that their only goal in life is to give others a hard time... If you have a UN-BAGGED ITEM, they have to see or ask for your receipt... It's that simple... If you don't want to get asked, PUT EVERYTHING IN A BAG... Theft is at an all time high, if this was YOU'RE store, you would want your product protected as well... Just like you're bank account... Think about it!!!

Terrible Stire! Its gone super downhill since 2020. Used to be south haven walmart had stuff u couldn't find in any other walmart. But now thats not the case. They are constantly out of regular foodstuffs(potato chips, yogurt, meats) the put in a brand new self checkout system that is NEVER OPEN the wont honor cashapp deposits and the "greeters" main job now is to check every exiting carts receipts for stolen goods. I hate walmart now and will only be shopping at meijer from now on

Bought great value crunchy ice cream bars and had an extra 1/4 stick in mine that I bit into. I live over an hour away and was not worth the money to go back and get a refund. Walmart Customer service was no help. Glad a child didn't get that bar!

First online order purchase was canceled by Walmart (no my bank) for potential fraud. They took the money out of my bank and held it for a week, but wouldn’t put the item I purchased on hold so I could go pick it up. I was on hold for a member of management for 15 mins before they hung up on me. I called back several times and no one answered. I will never order online again.

Don’t ever do your oil change in Walmart here in South haven because they do a horrible job. They Tighten up my oil filter and the bolt. ?

Has everything that I was looking for or needed. Clothes and cook ware. Even things for outside. Plus customer service if you need to return an item or if you ordered something from their app. Ordering from the app is easy to do and you can get your package within the next two weeks from your shipping date. Usually produce is good to get from here.
