“We saw a truck online that we wanted to test drive. We pulled into McFadden and located it. We walked over and were met by Ondra, a friendly and conscientious, young man. He immediately met our needs by setting up a test drive. After we did we wanted to see if McFadden would honor the online price that had discounts. Ondra and Jeremy at McFadden not only honored all the discounts (immediately, not waiting for rebates) they came up with even a better price! We were so impressed with the way McFadden worked with us and the low pressure experience! They even beat the low interest rate we had applied for from our credit union. When all was said and done we had a tank full of gas, a clean truck, a fully charged battery, plates on and sticker attached, and a whole car wash bucket to take home! Ondra gave us a tour of their facility showing the service dept and waiting room, introducing us to employees and making the whole experience like we're one of the family now.

I test drove maybe 20 vehicles before stopping at county side... i wish i would have went there first. I went to Chicago, Indiana, g.r., holland, Muskegon and all I found was junk from 3500 to 6500.
Countryside had alot to choose from. I test drove maybe 4 or 5 vehicles, 2 nights before after hours I went there and looked at 15 vehicles. The best 4 or 5 I decided on. Ended up buying a good ole 2003 jeep wrangler x for a descent price. Jeep had a minor heater selector issue and we worked on that and came down a little to a fair offering.
I can say, when you have 100 vehicles or more on a lot. You don't always know every single little issue on every vehicle. Maybe people test drove before you broke a button or really beat on it etc, then parked it. Every vehicle I tested ran great, drove good, and at my price point I was happy.
I'm a big vehicle person, I like vehicles to not have knocks or driving issues. I've owned vehicles from brand new leases to old 1960s vehicles. So I understand the driveability is different on every car. But I'm good at pin pointing big issues to little issues. And anything I found here at this lot was either no issies or a very minor thing.
After this jeep wrangler has seen its life itll get turned into a toy truck for offroading later down the road...I'll be going back and getting something in the future as I love this place. I could have stayed all day talking with Jerry and hearing past experiences, and his knowledge of vehicles and jeeps, and vehicles. Very honest and great guy.
I read alot of bad reviews, and I think those people are wanting a new car from a used car lot at used car pricing and expect new feeling car. I wouldnt let most of these people turn you to someone else, go check these guys out. I will say it's easier if you know what your after, and or if you don't mind moving a few vehicles to get to what you want then go do it. I would have never expected Jerry to get out in the cold and wipe snow off every vehicle I looked at, and warm them up, or move few vehicles to get to what I wanted. I was able to move a vehicle or 2 and test what I wanted. I put every car back in the same spot. Maybe not right tight as I didn't wanna hit anything. But man easy great place and honest. I cant say enough about him and his workers.”
