Coming from Chicago I get so excited to make the trips back to Michigan and stop by this cute store. Everything is so unique and fairly priced. I wish they had one in Chicago!

As someone who works in a boutique, I was super disappointed with my experience here:( I purchased earrings and they immediately broke while I was still in the store. I politely asked for a refund, but they told me I could only get store credit even though I bought them literally a minute before asking. I know that this is not the best way to go about a situation, when the product is broken. If I wanted to return a perfect product, store credit is totally understandable. I was really disappointed because the store looked very cute and I know a lot of hard work was put into it. I wasn't greeted when walking in and quality costumer service was not performed. I hope some things can change because the store itself is adorable!

This is a very attractive store and a huge asset to South Haven. They carry clothing, accessories, furniture, art, etc. You'll definitely find something you have to have when visiting. Beautifully displayed merchandise that's trendy and utilitarian.

Have you ever had buyers remorse? Since I came To Urban Found a month ago I regret not buying jeans that were amazing and I haven't seen anywhere else. This store is the bees knees. Their clothing is fun and eclectic... it seems they often have sales, otherwise they are a boutique and do have boutique pricing. They do have some "home goods" as well, and a variety of sizing including plus sizing. Love this store! I'm still dreaming about those jeans...

We were in St. Joseph for a quick getaway trip this week. It was our first time. Cute little town. I stopped in Urban Found and was delighted by their selection. Purchased a fantastic pair of uber wide leg pants with side pockets without trying them on. Simply LOVED them! And reasonably priced too! Unfortunately I had to rush through the store because people were waiting but what a great place. Would have loved get more. If you get a chance, stop in.

I was really excited to try this store and support a small business in south haven where my family has been coming for 40 plus years and where my parents reside part time. I decided to try the store and bought two pieces of jewelry. The earrings are wonderful but i bought a necklace that broke one or two days after i purchased it. I was already back in Chicago at this point. I am now back in South haven and called the store to ask if I can just exchange the necklace out because I know their policy on jewelry was final sale so I wasn’t even asking for a refund. The woman I talked this morning to ask for an exchange was rude, short, offered no help to the solution, i asked if they could help fix, they said no. I’m really disappointed in how customer service was handled. Cute store, but don’t buy some the the jewelry, it’s poorly made and the store will not be accommodating for even an exchange. Don’t recommend.

This is the second time my wife and I come to this store(we’re from Chicago) it’s a beautiful store, reminds us of Anthropologie, which is a big local chain store in our city. Quality material, friendly helpful staff, for the two times we’ve came; and prices are dirt cheap. Highly recommend for anyone.

Can you please update your Google hours? Drove from Kalamazoo seeing that you are open from 10-6 today. Only to realize upon arrival, you're closed half the week (sign on door).
