Daughter bought a bracket over charged her after she caught it after transaction then said well all sales are final would not honor price posted. Then saw him being rude to a customer saying she couldn't afford it. Will not go back. I support small businesses but not ones that are rude and take advantage of customers. They should be ashamed.

Seriously over-priced, and worse, in June 2020 during the COVID crisis, their staff were not even wearing masks. Disgraceful.

If I could give this place no stars I would!!! Horrible owner. He was not only rude to me (a paying customer) but his treatment of his staff was horrific! Spend your money somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tip top beach shop are not honest! Don't shop there!!! I asked for a gift receipt, and was told I could have a regular receipt instead. I expressed the need to be able to return it as it was a gift. Went back 5 mins later and asked to return when I found something better quality. They said "no, only exchanges. Read the fine print of your receipt". I was furious. I begged for a return. They said no. The girl who checked me out clearly knew what she was doing when she failed to tell me about her return policy after I asked specific questions about being able to return. I believe in making an honest living, and these practices are not honest. I asked to speak with the owner, the manager called the owner and used very derogatory words about me in Spanish while on the phone. Will be reporting to better business bureau. With so many shopping options in south haven, please skip this place! We found much better quality and customer service down the street.
