Very bad service!!!! They used to be extremely prompt before, ( couple years ago) I'm thinking they possibly had an owner ship change?? Any way they kept giving me promises of calling me back in just a few minutes every time I called to see how my quote was going or if completed, after I had waited for a few weeks already. I had placed a similar order approximately a year ago and never heard back from them as promised so I called again and ended up placing another one similar but with some changes to it. Didn't receive a quote from them until several months later now after how many times I called them with only receiving empty responses as, we will call you back in 20 minutes. Well that call was never made back to me. Finally I called for the last time and did receive a quote, but the quote was extremely unreasonable, especially if I compare it to the last order from them a couple years ago that I got. I don't know what the reason is behind this all , I was totally surprised and disappointed because before they did prompt and good work.

Left twice very disappointed and empty handed. I have tried twice to purchase steel from these guys, one time needing CNC work done the other just wanting to purchase remnants. Was told both times that they don’t have time for me. I may not be the biggest job walking through the door, but I’m a paying customer nonetheless. You would think that a company with “Steel Supply” on the sign out front would supply steel. I have talked to other fabricators in the area and have heard the same stories. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I met with Skye and Brad they were very professional and kind, I emailed them the specs or the steel I wanted machined and the performed flawlessly and very promptly, I could not be happier I will be going to these guy for my steel needs FOREVEVER!!!! World Class!!!
