Need better training on how to talk to customers on the phone I tried to give out full part number Employee raised voice and said don't need the first three characters, extremely unprofessional. Employees do not understand how orders on the website work when they arrive in store. I was pretty much told to come into the store and not use the website due to their lack of knowledge of online orders. If I had known your store has such limited hours (at best 9 am to 5 pm?) I never would have ordered my part from you, which by the way arrived at your store 7 days later than originally said which was next day, by then I have already gotten the part from a different company.

The guys here are awesome. I'd wasted 2 hours driving around town looking for a hard-to-find item before coming here. When I arrived they greeted me, knew exactly what I was looking for, and had it in stock. The price was cheaper than what I'd seen online too. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. In the future, when I'm in need of something for my car I'll definitely come here first.
