The pumps constantly have issues. I don’t mean rare occasion, I mean at least once a month or more for years on end. The employees claim it’s “dirty filters” that cause the pumps to be hideously slow. So I guess they never change the filters because it’s a constant issue. I’m also not sure why they spruced up the outside and added automatic doors and left the inside shabby and smelly.

Sold me unseasoned firewood. Two bundles. Tried a couple pieces from each and it simply would not stay burning. Went to return it and they refused to refund my purchase since the bundles had been opened. Counter employee called the manager and she refused to refund my purchase. They just didn’t want to let go of that $14, so here I am leaving a bad review for a gas station. Hopefully at least a few people see this review and choose to spend their money with a company that doesn’t treat people like garbage. The proper response would have been “I’m so sorry, here is your money back, and thanks for letting us know, we will contact the supplier”. To the owners - this is what happens when you make rules for your employees and don’t allow them to use common sense and think for themselves. You should be pissed at your firewood supplier for giving you bad product - NOT screwing over the customer who was unfortunate enough to have their 4th of July campfire ruined because the firewood wasn’t seasoned.

If I could give this place a negative number I would! It was dusty everywhere, stinks like cigarettes and weed, prices were 3xs the normal msrp, one of the workers had all 3 of her kids running around and on top of the counter, the other work,the old woman who ran us up at the register was THE RUDEST individual I've ever met and was VERY RUDE to my Hispanic son even though we were trying to be nice to her. She needs to quit her job and find something else that would make her happy bc customer service is not her calling! Would not recommend coming here. -6/10.

Convient gas station easy access to from town or I-196 Ample number of pumps and convenience store. Competitive prices for the area. At my stop here mid grade gasoline (89 octane) was featured at same price as regular grade (87 octane) That made it worth the stop here

Nasty. Mean cash register lady and to top it off when I walked in at 9 am no one was at the counter and I had to literally scream to get someone to come to the register. Never again

Terrible. Only giving one star because it's not possible to give zero. Extremely rude. I pulled in to get gas and pulled up to a tank. One man was walking out of the gas station as I was walking in. As soon as the man came out of the station, they closed the door and didn't allow me to come in. I looked at the lady and she rudely exclaimed that they were closed and I had to go somewhere else. It would have been no big deal if they wouldn't have slammed the door in my face. Don't go here.

Horrible customer service from the man tonight. I had a question about my order, I thought that I was over charged so I asked him for a receipt, which apparently pissed him off. The way that the receipt read was that he had charged me double for one item. And I saw him ring it in twice. I brought the receipt in and he ran up the same item again twice! I said "Nevermind just give me money back." Then rudely handed my money back and snatched the penny that I was holding from my change before. With an additude I said "thanks" and began walking out the door to just go to a different station. As I was walking out, he said "I know math is hard" I stopped, turned to him, "is that really what you just said?" "Yeah" So, I will be contacting his manager in the morning. I must add that my family and I are regulars to this gas station. When he is working he has never had an onuce of customer service. I have multiple times not had one word said to me when I go in. Nothing literally. As someone in customer service for 10+ years this is not acceptable.
