Where do I start!?!?! My Allstate lady lana is by far the best customer service rep Ive ever had! If I ever have a question she is right on it! Within a day shes got anwsers! When I was looking 8 years ago for insurance they jumped right on and took care of me. Thanks to everyone at this location for doing the best they can for the customers!

I’ve been working with the team at Harbor Shores Allstate in South Haven for several years now, my experience overall has been extremely fantastic.I use Harbor Shoes for auto insurance, Initially I worked with Progressive. Wanting to explore my options I was referred by some family members and I have never looked back. The staff is extremely easy to work with, professional in every aspect, and very responsive for questions or concerns. More importantly they were able to save me over $550 dollars a year which is absolutely unbelievable I couldn’t be more satisfied.
