During our midweek pop in to downtown South Haven, we happened upon Emma's Boutique and both my friend and I ended up purchasing a few adorable dresses from here! The prices are SO reasonable, especially given that it's a "boutique" and my mind automatically goes a couple dollar signs up when I think of boutiques! I was truly shocked by the prices and how reasonable they are, even for the full-priced items. Not to mention their sale racks, in which things were even more discounted! The store is also pet friendly, which is a huge bonus because both my friend and I had our dogs with us! Everything in here was so cute and well curated - I truly wanted to buy so many things here! Happy that they had good fitting rooms as well where we could try on all the items before making a decision and that the one person working the store was so so friendly and helpful as well! An all around great experience - much appreciated! I will definitely be telling all my girlfriends to stop by here whenever they find themselves in the South Haven vicinity! :)

Each time I come to South Haven I stop at Emma's Boutique. They have a wide assortment of clothes. They also carry shoes. I especially like their purses and have purchased a couple over the past 6 months. Be sure to check out Emma's when you are in South Haven.

This place is adorable and so reasonably priced. Spent way too much money this weekend on vaca in this store and now I see you can shop online. I am in trouble!!! Highly recommend!!

When I went in the store I felt welcomed but after I saw the young lady working that wasn’t paying attention to the store, it felt awkward. Phone was a big issue, as he was watching videos that would play and customers were able to hear it, that just made everything uninviting. Cute clothes but customers service was terrible. Girls were just focused on themselves than the customers they were ringing up. My husband and I could hear there full convos which weren’t work appropriate. I of course don’t mind when teenagers talk about drinking and other activities but when I walk into a store that’s not something you expect specially when the store is busy. Not to mention how messy the fitting rooms were and the store as a whole, I’ve gotten better vibes from other boutiques in south Haven so definitely DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The staff is so rude. Don’t recommend. I went in and the girl working was on her phone even while I was asking a question. So unprofessional. I tried to make small talk to her and she was blabbing about her leaving to college and how she is excited to drink while having my kids there which I thought was uncomfortable. Not only that but she had friends that she was talking to the whole time before checking me out that left the store without paying, unless she paided for there bags of stuff the friends walked out.... I definitely recommend letting her go. Not what a small business needs nowadays.One of the worst places to shop at too.

Outstanding fashion boutique. I photograph fashion. This store has an excellent fashion selection in both color and style for very refined casual looks and affordable priced. I’ve already recommended this store to many of my clients. It’s a great fashion addition to south haven and the entire lakeshore of SW Michigan.
