For some reason the on site manager said I made successful payments with my debit card and after 3 months told me that I was late on payments by 4 months , stating my debit card was declined each and every transaction. After stating I would pay the amount owed she ceased all my personal belongings and auctioned off everything after I spoke with her explaining my situation, the on site manager claimed since I wasn't in contact that they decided to auction everything I had. It was not even 5 weeks after I last contacted them that they decided to auction off my things

Pam in the business office is unprofessional and rude. I called more than 20 times and left messages without a return call. When I did speak to her, after she lied and said she wasn't in, she was rude and screamed at me. My debit card was hacked twice, and I had evidence from my credit union, but she evicted me because the automatic payments didn't go through...after she charged $5 a day late fee. There is no way to get a hold of anyone if you need something. The local number's messages are full and they don't answer either. I do NOT recommend these overpriced storage units at all!

The management office is in Kalamazoo and doesn't answer the phone or return calls. I called over 20 times, left messages, and never received a return call. One call was answered and I was told they couldn't help me, but the person who could would be back from vacation the next week. No return call. I finally got an answer 5 weeks later and the manager answered and offered to take a message for herself, but when I was giving her the message she all of a sudden was herself and started yelling at me for taking too long to get in touch with them and told me I had to move out of the facility. I am flabbergasted at the unprofessional behavior, demeanor, and decision making. I have been in this unit for 7 years, and since they have purchased it, the rate has gone up twice in one year, and service is non-existent. Plus, I now have to move my belongings because they don't answer their phone, or communicate with their customers.

Connie in the on-site office is lovely, but dealing with the main management office is pathetic. Slow, inconsistent communications, and staffers who blame you for their being out of the office on vacations leaving no-one to notify you of a problem. "Its not their fault" but they're happy to tack on a fee after "repeatedly trying to reach you" at the one mis-transcribed phone number despite having your address and email available. Offensive, shameless shrugging-off of any accountability for the management of the customer service and financial records. If I didn't hate moving boxes as much as I do, I'd move out of this option today! to one of the handful of nearby competitors. Courtesy counts for ALOT and lack of it from someone sitting behind a desk and phone- is just not acceptable.
