I look around and almost my entire home is furnished by Countryhouse South Haven. Given that Im on a fixed income youd expect to see bargain furniture - but not from this business!. Financing is a snap and delivery is really really reasonable. This longtime business is the pride of South Haven because of Scott and Brandon. They are honest, straightforward and kind individuals and you can expect to be treated with warmth and fairness from the best of the best.

Very friendly and helpful service. No pressure to buy. Plenty of time given to browse. Knowledgeable salesman. Deliver from South Haven to Watervliet was free, disposal fee of $50 for bedding and recliner.

Scott and Brandon were very helpful and patient. We bought a sofa. The delivery team was kind, courteous and prompt. Great store!

Excellent customer service in store..salesmen were helpful but not pushy and couch was delivered the next day! Delivery was also excellent the guys who delivered were very polite and professional!

My son needed a twin xl mattress because he's 6' 4. We went to order him one and they had one in stock on clearance. He loves his new bed. And the price was excellent.

Got exactly what I wanted. Delivered the same day and the guys took my old furniture and help me move my other furniture. How can I ever complain. Scott is the man. The furniture I bought is very very nice and a perfect color. Thank you Country House. Price was reasonable too.

I wasn't sure if I wanted a Lazy Boy, BarcaLounger, or Flexsteel reclining loveseat. Country House Furniture had all 3 brands on the showroom floor. Scott gave us complete freedom to try each chair we found. We ended up buying a Lazy Boy loveseat (for a great price) and an Ashley glider for the porch. They even assembled the glider for no charge and met the best deal I had found. The delivery team was absolutely great.

Just stopped in to look for a new mattress. One old bald guy, sitting and gabbing with a couple about nothing in particular. A middle aged guy was vacuuming. Neither so much as looked at me. Totally wasted trip.

Love their furniture but I'll never buy a washer and dryer from them again. So many problems and no resolution.
