If you care about your health , avoid Bronson South Haven entirely. A constant parade of new physicians and staff means zero continuity and knowledge of your needs. Until some structural changes are made , just go elsewhere.

The very friendly staff answered all my insurance questions my new doctor works out of that office location. Looking forward to my appointment.

Can't even to get in to see my own doctor. I get sick once a year.. they want me to go to urgent care because they can't see me.. yet they will not take care of the cost. Spoke to nurse triage and she seemed it an emergency to be seen.... Yet no one will see me.What a joke.

Lack of care and compassion and nothing but excuses since my Dr.Klanseck left!! I will never reccomend this place to my enemy let alone a friend!! They want you to do their work for them if you have worked in the medical field previously!!

Dont waste your time with this place or any of its employees. They dont awnser the phone an sure in the hell dont call back. They need all state an federal funding taken away.

I have been seeing Ruth McDowell for over 20 years. I couldn’t ask for a better PA. She is friendly, knowledgeable and treats me like she really cares. Her assistant Beth is wonderful too. Beth is so sweet and helpful. Last time I was there Beth went and got a wheelchair without me asking her to. She followed closely behind me in case I couldn’t make it all the way out to the car with my walker. Good thing she did! All of a sudden I just couldn’t make it and sat down gratefully in the wheelchair. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I hope Ruth never retires!

Have had a terrible time w/scheduling lately ! I have severely hurt my lower back about two weeks ago. I called at that time and they claimed they could get me in THAT afternoon. I was over-joyed, struggled to get down there with a cane and the receptionist informs me my appointment was in two weeks ! Why would I agree to that ? I proceeded to the Emergency-room for service. So, I called last week for a followup to this situation, appointment this morning @ 8:30am, I even commented to the operator I thought they weren't open until 9:00am, she said NO, they open @ 8:00am. Crawled in there in pain again, and guess what, the appointment timing was wrong again !!! I do not have time to dance around incorrect scheduling, I am in pain and hate going in the first place. The receptionist @ the office claim its the Kalamazoo switchboard......I don't care, this is a very poor way to run any business !!!

Please if you can, avoid this place. If you cant, ask for terissa ansinn or bryce miller. Ive been going here my whole life and they were the only 2 to ever try and help me. I have went here for the past 4 months for the same thing and My current doctor had diagnosed me with something i told her i knew for a fact it wasnt and wouldnt listen to me. Didnt even try to help with what she diagnosed me with by the way. After that she did absolutely nothing. She said she was going to put in a referral for me, which she never did. After 4 months of her forgetting my problem, forgetting to put a referral in and her not even trying to help, i went to a specialist at lakeland in st joseph and after 1 visit he had me set up for 3 different tests already, the second visit i scheduled for surgery. And will be getting surgery this coming up week. This was all within a month and a half of seeing this specialist. (Heres where i give my shout out to Dr. Webb at St. Joseph surgical specialties. Hes AMAZING!!) If that doesnt tell you how bad this place is, i really dont know what will. I would literally give it a negative score if i could.

We love Ruth McDowell! She is wonderful! I don't like some of the changes Bronson has made but I will put up with them to continue to see Ruth.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bronson is a complete joke. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Liscow since I’ve been a child. I was even delivered by Dr. Heinrich here. Once Bronson took over they enacted a new policy that after 1 year of no appointments you are no longer a patient. The worst part is I was never notified of this policy and now I have to find a new Doctor who hasn’t even started. I am now stuck waiting a whole month to be seen.As to the lady I spoke with on the phone, you should smile more often. I can tell how miserable you are by the snotty attitude I was given over the course of our phone call.

Took me 3 weeks to get an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I called into the office to let them know I would be running 5-10 minutes late due to work- thought I was doing the right thing- only to show up 10 minutes late to be told I wouldnt be seen and that it was due to the physicians choice not to see me. I was a new patient at that! Will not return, will reccomend to no one. Horrible.

Uncaring and unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment with Liskow for April in Feb. was told 3 days before he would be out at the time of my appointment. No call to reschedule so when I called back to do so they told me I’d have to wait until AUGUST! Absolutely ridiculous. Will never waste my time with this place again. Been going here since I was a child and ever since it switched to Bronson the service is just horrible and the staff is rude. If I could it be a ZERO star rating so your welcome for the 1 Star out of 5.

Ruth McDowell has been our family’s pcp for 7 years. We have seen a couple other doctors in this practice as well. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we’ve always been happy with our experiences here.
