He immediately met our needs by setting up a test drive. After we did we wanted to see if McFadden would honor the online price that had discounts. We were so impressed with the way McFadden worked with us and the low pressure experience! They even beat the low interest rate we had applied for from our credit union. When all was said and done we had a tank full of gas, a clean truck, a fully charged battery, plates on and sticker attached, and a whole car wash bucket to take home! Ondra gave us a tour of their facility showing the service dept and waiting room, introducing us to employees and making the whole experience like we're one of the family now.

Ben took the time to find an axle that would fit, let us drop our trailer while we drove to pick up the axle and bring it back for Kevin to replace on a Saturday (they were technically closed) and have us back on the road in under 24 hours. They went above and beyond in every way and gave us an extremely fair price!

“I was going to buy my mother’s 2018 equinox Lt. AWD. The bank found it had a salvage title ( long story). So I was approved for $11700 with a mandatory $3500 down payment to buy her out. So I arrived at Baker Chevy, looked at a really nice 2012 Silverado. It had a little rust, but rusted through. That truck had a couple leaks that I asked to have looked at before purchasing. The car inspection by Bakers own team, found rust I missed on the frame. I crawled under the truck on my pre buy inspection. The rust was in an unusual place and unfortunately was terminal for the truck. Jason, and Joel worked tirelessly to get me the perfect truck. Even when I said “ can’t find a truck I can afford with a good frame, I’ll consider an equinox “. Jason said “ No” “ you wanted a truck we will find the truck for you and your budget , with a good frame “. I’m amazed at what Jason, Joel, and the new owners cam up for me. They found me a beautiful white 2017 Chevy Silverado extra cab 4x4, reasonably mileage, good car fax, and best of all, within my budget with a great interest rate with my bank. I have bought several new and new to me since I was 16. NEVER have a dealer say they can’t sell me a vehicle, for any reason! I really do commend the entire staff of Baker Chevy in South Haven, for going above and beyond the call of duty. I should say this was a huge purchase and decision for me, I haven’t owned a car in 7 years. Thanks Baker for making what started as a car buying nightmare, into the absolute most enjoyable experience I have ever had!!!
Ok, so my truck had a small issue so here’s an update on Baker Chevrolet. My salesman Jason took charge of the issue. The service department stepped up to the plate. They hit it out of the park. They quickly found the issue, ordered parts. After a very short wait, I was in the service department having the repair done. They took extremely good care of my truck and made sure I was happy with the service. I’m extremely grateful and satisfied with the entire staff, from the new owners to every other employee at Baker Chevy! If you need a new ride or a new to you ride, do yourself a favor and go see the honest family at Baker Chevrolet. They will definitely treat you right, yes they want your money. But they want it honestly. I’ve never had such a good experience with any dealership.”

“Had an exhaust leak on my truck. Staff found the leak and estimated the repair cost. They had the part in stock, and said the repair would take about an hour. The truck was repaired within the hour, and the final cost matched the estimate provided. Truck is much quieter now.
