“I recently took my sons ford in for head light change . On this car the whole bumper has to be removed. They did a great job and price was fair. I usually don’t put reviews but in this case i had to! I met the owner and explained as a female i don’t trust any machinists because i got ripped off in the past! the owner put my mind at ease and understood as he had daughters. now I’m going to take my van for repairs and my 5 adult children know where to go for repairs!! friendly owner and staff!!! “Can't recommend this shop strongly enough. I've taken different vehicles in for different problems and they are always above board fair and get the job done at reasonable price. The last issue I had was an electrical issue that was complicated with some after market parts from a previous accident. They were able to find a solution and charged me the original estimate, despite the fact that they had to spend a lot more time than expected to pin point the problem. They perform over and above any other garage I've used before.”
“Our 2009 Nissan Murano broke down in South Haven, MI while we were driving from Chicago to Sleeping Bear Dunes. “I was on a business trip from Michigan to Chicago yesterday, and I was losing air in my tire. I had to keep pulling over to get air in my tire until I found a tire repair place. “Staff was very friendly and helpful! I purchased a 3.50” suspension lift kit for my Jeep Wrangler jk. I didn’t know anything about lift kits. But was guided in the right direction by a knowledgeable staff member! Am very pleased with my purchase, that was in stock and ready for me to take home within minutes! “I thought I had a transmission problem. My mechanic sent me to Pro Transmission in BH. Brian had my vehicle checked out and found that the engine was misfiring and the issue was not the transmission. He did not charge me for checking out the vehicle. Thankfully he suggested I go back to mechanic (Rome’s) who figured out it was a bad coil.Brian was professional and HONEST and saved me thousands. I recommend this business!”
“Top not customer service, repair work and pricing. Jim the owner is remarkably fair and honest, easy to talk to and explains issues in an easy to understand manner. Ron the manager at the front desk has amazing customer service and is an all star. He recently came out in the freezing cold to do what I thought was going to be a super expensive repair on our windshield wipers and fixed the issue in minutes, tipped his hat and walked back inside…no charge. We’ve been taking our cars here for 7+ years and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thanks guys for all your help throughout the years!”

“Great car wash, friendly staff. Vacuums don’t always work so hope you pick a good one! 4/5 times the soap in the wash leaves some residue on my windows but a bit of a polish with a microfiber cloth will take that off. Overall, would recommend this business.”

“Had my car serviced today to replace my front brakes and an also get an oil change. I first reached out when I was told that I needed rear shocks AND front brakes replaced. I was quoted under the amount quoted by several other places and when I took my car in for a look over, I was told that I only needed my brakes replaced. I experienced the service of an honest and competent mechanic who is not looking to take advantage of customers and it's very common to have that happen, especially to a woman! I will bring ALL my car related needs here going forward!”
