In the about section of this page it says they have in store shopping. I went to the directions link on this page and followed it to an empty field. I called and they said they were online shopping only.

I left a voice mail inquiring about a nail trim for our Amazon parrot, or for a recommendation if this wasn't a service available. I didn't receive a call back but did receive a txt shortly after saying they store is based in MI and no (indicating) no nail trim offered. I replied I am also in MI and asked if they could recommend anyone (thinking perhaps they know since they run a parrot store) and received no reply. Poor service, poor communication.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a 35.00 product a week ago and paid 8.00 for two day shipping and never received it. They have not answered my emails and now the phone is disconnected. I should of know better than to order from this company... BEWARE

Ordered a large perch but that product was not sent. After a month, called and was given a story about how she couldn't reach me by phone and that's why she didn't sent anything or email me. She said she would send the perch but again another month went by, no perch and no explanation. I will have to go to my credit card company and see what can be done.

Poor customer service and poor communication. I had a question about a bird and I've had NO response to those email(s) for going on 3 weeks! To you its probably just an email Lori, but I think your forgetting that there's a human beings on the other end of the screen, who's been waiting patiently to hear back from you. It's not polite to ignore someone, especially when it comes to business. I plan on telling everyone l know about my experience. Michelle
