When the banks calls me because of their errors(after I gave them the heads up) and tells me “alls I have to do is call the check writer….” Not my mistake…but it has to be on my time.!!!!!

They insisted upon giving me a four dollar check of what was left at the request of closing my account. Not bad, but it seemed unnecessary and like a waste of time.

Whether through malicious intent or sheer incompetence, they have cost us thousands of dollars and continue to charge us for their own mistakes. We were outright lied to by Melissa upon transferring our mortgage regarding payouts, she assured us multiple times that we would receive a check for roughly $5000, we even structured the loan specifically for that so we'd be able to get some much-needed repairs done, but when it came all but $60 had been taken by fees that she neglected to tell us about. She directly lied to us, and cost us $4940. Additionally, the process took about three months longer than it should have, and we had to keep calling her and asking about progress. Three years later, our mortgage payment jumps up by roughly $150. Once again, Melissa tells us that it's because they didn't keep up with the tax end of things for three whole years and now that they realized their mistake they shift the responsibility to us. I don't know how we're supposed to pay this, but Melissa, if you're reading this, you are a detriment to an already shady profession and I hope you have trouble sleeping at night. Our lives are measurably worse for your existence, and it would have cost us far less money to have done literally nothing.

The bank tellers are friendly, but the management is not understanding and does not work with you at all. I have have a bank account with the for years and never had overdraft fees, recently I got a different bank and switched one of my automatic payments to come out of my new bank, there was a misunderstanding and it came out of my Isabella bank account and it overdrafted my account, as soon as I noticed it I called and told them I would be in with the money for the payment immediately and asked them if they could wave the overdraft fee because it was a misunderstanding and the manager was very rude and did not care at all. I will be canceling my account...

I just found out if u are not an Isabella bank customer and u use their ATMs if u take to long before u grab ur card they destroy it no other bank does that even though Isabella banks are so close to me and my bank is 45 mins away I will never go to the dark side with Isabelle bank

I was very disappointed with Isabella Bank. They were not at all helpful, I received different answers to the same question as I tried to find answers to simple checking account procedures. I was told I had overdraft protection then told it wasn't for you to use actually it was just there "in case"... Very Dissappointed with this bank
