Quoted Part by phone at $132.50 for a hub and $1.50/ea for 5 lug nuts with tax approximately $148.40 when I travelled +25 miles to get the parts, parts were $178.73. Needed parts quickly so I just couldn't walk away but they wouldn't honor their quoted over the phone price.

I stopped in this morning with an issue with my Toro LX425 riding mower and the mechanic took the time to talk to me and give me ideas on what the problem was. I was able to take that knowledge home and make the repairs myself. He could have told me that he would need to see the mower and then charge me a diagnostic fee. He spent probably 15 minutes with me and showed me what to do myself. I was able to do the repairs myself at no cost. Great customer service!
