The woman at the cash register for the gas pumps was an absolute miserable person to deal with. The gentleman in front of me paid with $100 and she threw a fit, tried turning his business down because of it and he had to ask just to look to see if she had the change. Rolled her eyes and then threw all the change all over the counter out of anger.
I went up to pay and told her I had rewards and she told me to bad and skipped over me putting in my info. This was at 8:00 Am... this place needs to work on their customer service.

This is a pretty awesome gas station. Just off the expressway. It has a McDonald’s and you can get gas there they have different grades of gas even that you can buy. So if you’re ever traveling through Michigan on highway 127, stopping here for snacks dinner or breakfast and some gasoline you will be good.

Very rude attendant working. We couldn't see past a car and ending up having to pull into a compact car spot bevause another car was leaving she started rudely waving and shaking her head pointing at us. We were moving anyway but don't be so rude to customers. Last time we come here.

Very rude attendant working. We couldn't see past a car and ending up having to pull into a compact car spot bevause another car was leaving she started rudely waving and shaking her head pointing at us. We were moving anyway but don't be so rude to customers. Last time we come here.

I stopped in this store on Wednesday 7/26/17 at about 1:30pm and couldn't believe the inappropriate actions of an employee. She was telling someone (not dressed like an employeee....maybe a friend?) about the "hilarious" story of a customer who came in to the store and apparently lost their bowel control in the store. I understand this is a very distasteful task for any employee to deal with but I can only imagine how mortified this customer was. There was not one sympathetic comment from the staff member telling the story.....not one indication that as an employee, maybe she shouldn't be A) mocking a customer or B) Carrying on loudly with almost uncontrollable laughter about such a distasteful event where everyone can hear. I felt very bad for this unfortunate customer just as a matter of human empathy. I teach customer service for a living and this unfortunately has given me a new "what-not-to-do" example to use.

I would give zero stars. This MacDonalds/Shell combo is a recipe for disaster. Both times we have stopped when traveling North, all pumps were busy, and people had left cars. unattended at the pumps while the drivers stood in line for burgers and fries. Simple signs about leaving cars unattended would be a simple fix. Counter personnel could care less. AVOID THIS.

Are you kidding me I drive a station wagon, parked in the compact car area and this blonde haired rude woman starts yelling through the window at me that she's the only one here and can't see if someone drives off from getting gas. Not my problem at all. I'll never come here and give this store a penny. How professional is that. Then the lady wouldn't sell us drinks for my kids screw this store! Not my problem she's the only one here.

Compact car parking? Special treatment because you drive a small car? If those spaces are going to be reserved for anything, it should be for handicap parking!
