The service department great ppl. Brought my boat in to them since I couldn't figure it out my self these guys figured it out fixed my boat in a timely fashion.. I will always bring my watercrafts back to mattesson Marine..

Had our pontoon winterized & wrapped for the season they told us to call first of April & would be ready first of May. Said to call back we did several times, but we were treated rudely. They said they where busy, Well so our we, but we are paying you for these services!!!!!We will NOT be taking our boat there again. Will go somewhere that we know we’re respected.Not a Friendly place at all.

Took pontoon to get winterized. Then took it this spring to fix a pin in the motor. The guy fixing it , said this boat was not winterized. The first thing you do is change the oil, that was not done. My husband said his first clue was when he pulled in , everyone ran to their cars, too bad he blocked them in, not on purpose. Disappointed. No we dont have a fancy pontoon, which means we fight for every cent we make. Do it to the rich folks, not the people who struggle to find extra cash for a little fun.
