Very unprofessional. Terrible communication. Treated my vehicle like a repo rather than a customer. Complete lack of respect for my vehicle and my time. Have to have mechanic determine if they caused damage improperly towing. Lots of extra time, extra hassle, extra people have to be involved. Zero compensation for the liabilities their shoddy service creates. Would never ever use this company again and definitely never let anyone I care about use them either. I probably would have gotten better service down in the hood.Service: Car towing

It's never a fun situation when you need to call a tow truck, but given the choice I will use Willstar again. I'd been waiting 3 hours for my insurance company to find a truck available, but AJ was so personable, I kind of forgot my frustration. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, careful loading and unloading, and overall just a great attitude. A+ can't recommend enough.

So unfortunately i needed a tow truck...i looked up the closest place and called Will-Star...turns out the driver (and owner) was quite a ways away (he was out near Rochester and I was at 25 and Broughton) but still drove over to help me out, and didnt charge me any extra for distance...he was super nice and friendly, and apologized for it taking so long (he actually made good time)...it was $75 for the hookup fee but hey, not a bad price...I'll use them again if I need a truck.

The gentleman who came to pick up my vehicle to tow it to my mechanic was nothing but friendly and professional. He only took 10 minutes to arrive, and the cost of the service was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.Service: Car towing

Very professional! I snapped an axle on my car and googled tow companies in the area and found so many positive reviews for this one..the driver Showed up a few minutes earlier than what I was told. Took great care of my lowered Volkswagen. Didn’t rush like most tow companies do and didn’t damage anything on my car. Also told me up front exactly how much it would cost and broke the fees down for me. Such a great value definitely blows others pricing out of the water. Would 100% not hesitate to use again! Once arriving to the scene of my car with snapped brakes, Will-Star towing had an extremely pleasant personality and professionalism that I’d never experienced with a towing industry. He gave me the homie-hookup after hearing my situation and thinking I was a nice guy which he didn’t have to do.The price was exceptionally less expensive than I was expecting. I’ve dealt with AAA and other towing companies in the past and they can range in the several hundreds of dollars range so I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to discover this was going to be done quickly and taken to the brake shop all within 15-20 minutes of arrival to the scene.30+ years in the game and they are nice, courteous, and professional. Told the gentleman, “I’m so glad I called you.”
