The pharmacy tried to charge me $300 for something I’d pay $20 for at Ascension, but with Ascension pharmacies down I’m SOL. I just left and I’m looking for other ways to get my scripts.

I have to say that I have been EXTREMELY pleased with the staff and the service at this pharmacy. They are polite and efficient. I have come to know the pharmacists there as I speak with them frequently regarding medication concerns for my parents. I am very thankful for their expertise. Thanks for ALL you do every day out there for us!! I appreciate it.

Be careful with this walgreen pharmacy. They disburse nearly expired Covid test. They tell you one date on the phone when you call and ask and hand you a different date that is only good for a short time. I’m on Medicare and it looks like they try to take advantage of seniors and fraud Medicare paid tests. Store manager Joe wanted to argue how it’s ok to tell me one date and hand me another.I PERSONALLY AM DONE USING WALGREEN

I should have done this long ago. Yesterday was my breaking point. I was told my refill would be ready by 12:15 I got there at 3 and of course it wasn't ready so I'm waiting they said 15 minutes and no apology for inconvenience. After waiting another 15 min I was finally told my prescription would be ready tomorrow because they didn't have it in. To many young people w no regards for respect. I live a mile away and would go 10 miles out of my way instead of going back.

Tried to pick up a refill script. Wouldn't fill nor even listen to me. And that was two people. One tells me I should wait and the other tells me I have to wait for 5 days! The refill goes by the day rung up and not the day it was to be refilled. This is the second time they have pulled this however they have always let me pick up either the date on the bottle. Now I'll be out of medication for days. Rude, nasty and an attitude. I'll be switching.

I went to Walgreens today to drop off a FedEx package. The sign posted says dimensions must not exceed 48/25/25 and not exceed 55lbs. Mary Carrington who claimed to be the store manager had a tape measure ready as soon as I walked back in with package. (I came in without it first as a courtesy)My package was 45 by 17 by 13 39lbs.She would not except still. She reveled in turning me away. Come to find out their Store manager is named Joe. Customer says I’ll be receiving a call from him within 2 days.I’ll update if he actually calls.

This pharmacy is always so dismissive, short, and unfriendly. I usually o my leave positive reviews but they honestly deserve a bad review. I was on my way to pick up my prescription and was set to make it in time. But today is the day with the bad storm and rain and tornado warning. An accident happened in front of me and literally put me two minutes behind. GPS saying 9:01. I called to let the pharmacy know my situation as I had to leave for a business trip by car, hoping to leave this evening but at least on the road by 5 am tomorrow morning. The lady in the phone asked my name and said she would have it ready to pick up. So I actually show AT 9 pm exactly and as I drive up to the window at 9 pm, everything is always shut down, lights off, walls drawn and not a single person in sight. why have me even show up and why tell me you’ll have it ready for me at 9:01 if you are going to have it shut by 9 ???!! It doesn’t happen in seconds either. It takes time to close down which means she made sure to start the process to shut and close everything even a few minutes BEFORE 9 pm. Thank you so much to that staff. Always treating customers like an inconvenience.

Totally appreciate the 23 Mile Rd/Schoenherr (Utica, MI) location’s pharmacist and pharmacy staff for helping us w/in 24 hours get our typhoid vaccines when our regular pharmacy messed up our vaccine appts.

The only reason this store is receiving the two stars is for the cashier at the front of the store. The young man was very nice and helpful.However, the young lady(not really at a lady at all), at the photo desk. She saw me coming and be walked away to go stock shelves. I had to get her attention, walked back to the desk as slow as possible, on her phone. When she addressed me, attitude, very rude and condescending about helping me.Walked out of store and went somewhere else.It is just as easy to be nice as it is to be rude.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Mary is a very mean women and extremely unprofessional!!! Literally talks to hear her own voice and has NO CLUE. I provided her wrong so many time and hung up on me.
