It’s quite a shame, I’ve used this pharmacy for nearly 10 years…for the last year or so I have had nothing but issues with rude pharmacists and refusal to fill alternate/generic prescriptions if script is on “back order”.I’ve even lodged a formal complaint and I was never contacted by the branch manager. I will NEVER spend money at Walgreens again for as long as I live.(NO ONE I KNOW HAS ISSUES AT COSTCO!;)

Horrible pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and send your prescriptions to RiteAid across the street. Have waited 50 minutes in the drive-through, and they are completely unorganized between employees as to when a prescription is ready. Not worth dealing with them at all, they do not help you.

I'm baffled at the rating of this particular Walgreens pharmacy. I've been going here for almost two decades. I have been going here through many staff changes and I have always been more than pleased with the quality of service. Several times the pharmacist has caught, and saved me from possible major issues, when the doctors prescribed me medications that REALLY do not go together. When I have questions they always find the time. Considering how overworked this location has been the last few years I still have no complaints. I moved several years back and have many walgreens much closer to me, but I still take the extra drive to stay at this location. One final story, I recently had a change in the strength of one of my medications and for some reason around the same time of the change Instated having minor weezing when breathing. One of the lead techs told the pharmacist/chemist on staff and she literally spent 10 minutes checking the chemical make up of both versions of the pill to make sure there were no differences outside of the strength of the main ingredient. I saw her doing it as I stood at the questions counter. This allowed me to focus on other possible causes for the wheezing. If that doesn't show that they care about their customers and take their job serious then I don't know what does.

NEVER made a review ever. Had to switch here cause my insurance changed. Horrible service rude pharmacy. They have lost my prescription 3 times in the past 6 months, and then are rude about it. Called yesterday they had my prescription, but they were out of my medicine. I called today and the lady was super rude and condescending telling me they never had my prescription, even tho the guy literally read back to me my prescription. switching pharmacy, would rate a 0 if i could, go to CVS if you can!

Very disappointed in this place.... Online it says pharmacy open but not the store ...... This is the closest Walgreens by me and I drove 35 minutes to see the pharmacist closed. Please be more accurate online for your customers that travel long distance. Waste of an evening and this is a medication that had been prescribed as an emergency. Wow

Tried to explain to the lady at the register she was overcharging me. Instead of being trying to be helpful she just got frustrated with me. After two additional trips to the back of the store, one myself, again with the manager, they finally agreed they were overcharging me. Then they act like I was the j**** Shameful customer service experience. No desire to help, just pay it and go. Last time for my business

By the looks of everyone's reviews I'm not out of line for mine.. I called looking for a rare medication my husband has to take daily, my local pharmacy and pharmacist told me to call a bigger chain and ask if they had any in stock and/or to check their system for other local Walgreens I could tell the tech was annoyed to even check their stock she put me on hold for over ten minutes only to come back and rudely ask what I was waiting for, then responded we don't have it ( I don't think she even looked) so very nicely I asked if she could search her database for other Walgreens in the area, she huffed and puffed in my ear and said we don't do that... I told her my pharmacy and Dr said you do (which I know they do cause I've had to do it for my husband before) she huffed and puffed again and hung up on me.. SO RUDE! I'LL be contacting her boss and cooperate you can't treat other people whom are very sick like their a annoyance.. Shame on Walgreens for hiring inhumane kids

A gift card from Macy's was purchased for me for my birthday. Went to macy's and they would not accept the card even though the money wasstill on the card. Called card services twice. They said the card was cancelled a few hours after it was purchased. NOT TRUE!!! Someone at the register must have made a mistake!!! 40 minutes each time with customer service telling me to go to Walgreens with a receipt!!! It was a gift and I have no receipt. My daughter who purchased the card didn't think there was any reason to hold on to the receipt because there would be no reason to return it! SO Walgreens gets to keep MY BIRTHDAY MONEY!!! BUYER BEWARE OF BUYING GIFT CARDS!!!

❌Rude pharmacy staff members. The Asian lady who gives COVID-19 vaccination ? doesn’t know to treat her customers well. She had 0 patience. She gave the jab on a different place but placed the bandaid on a different place. Usually they recommend the vaccination takers to rest for 10-15 mins, post the jab to observe them but here they is no such thing.Most importantly there’s no sanitizer in and around the pharmacy ❌

Needed to drop off a QR code return which they are approved for, and after calling fedex to confirm I know they are as well. Picture attached. Lady at the counter automatically said no with an attitude. Looks like someone had a rough day. Just don’t come here for fedex related business. Second time with a bad experience deserves a review.

Service girl at photo center was rude and not professional. Made people stand there and didn't acknowledge them or say hi. She shouldn't do customer service. It was all about her and her customers.

Mya & Jason always make my experience wonderful. They both are always so cheerful & go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly. these 2 employees and the other friendly staff have made this my regular pharmacy & made my visits something to look forward to rather than dreading.
