Picked up our new phones at this verizon store. Brandon did an excellent job of moving all our information over to the new phones courteous and very knowledgeable. Had to go back today To clear up some minor problems. Austin was also a tremendous help.hHe Solved all the problems & gave us excellent service. This is the best Verizon store in the county!!

Being older you run into younger men who don't treat you as a person just an age. I never felt we were a burden .He explained all to us & helped us decide which phone we wanted

Transferred a number over for new service also picked up a mobile hotspot and two Verizon Business Internet routers over the month of December. I decided within the 30 trial period that I did not want the Business Internet routers. They will not take the routers back. Referred me to Customer Service. Customer Service would not send return labels. First they said they had an error generating labels and week later they said they sent labels via USPS, they never arrived. I had to go to the Corporate Verizon store on Hall road to be put on with phone support again and receive the same answers. I did not receive any shipping labels via email. A rep at the Corporate store stepped in after overhearing the issue. I’ve sent the routers back after photographing the packages and their contents and they are still trying to charge me for them despite notes in their system explaining all of the delays. It is now March and they want $414 for the devices I sent back and they have received. My service is currently suspended. Zero support from this location. On my last call to this store I was given a short lecture about how I should go and ‘try so that I will find out’. If you’re going to sign up with service from Verizon you may as well go to a corporate store or make the order online.
Update: Joseph was able to get the $414 charge reversed but needs more time to correct the issue entirely. I need to do business with my phone number today so I just had to pay $285.99 to reactivate my line. My monthly charges only come out to $171.89. We will see what can be worked out. Update. Got all those charges reversed and the April/May bill down to $60~ but no call back.

I upgraded from iPhone 10 to 15 Pro Mac, the process was so fast and Dean explained everything in great detail of the options what Verizon had to offer! This was the first time at the Shelby location and would highly recommend Dean and Shelby location!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I don’t remember the guys name but I think it was Steven anyways I’m sure everyone that works there is just as bad they charged me double for everything things I already paid for in store ended up on my monthly bill they told me my bill would be 55 ends up being 85 they just don’t act an honest ethical manner in my opinion just order a phone and have it delivered or they will tack on any charge they can without your knowledge or approval

In store the associate helping me was very vague about everything, so I kept confirming what I would be paying monthly before leaving the store. My boyfriend as a witness. However, I left the store and received my bill two days later and it was $60 higher than what I was told that it would be. I gave them a call and pointed out the misinformation that I had a witness to, and the response was that I must’ve misheard him… they made no effort to make it right at all. I am not someone that has issues with places or people- but I decided to leave a review because of how surprised I am at the deception in store, the response that I received when I called it out, and the carelessness provided all around.
