Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for passport renewal for me and my daughter took time off work to get to the appointment only to show up for no one to be there only response i got from the lady working there was the person that does the passports isnt here today well great how about you let me know call me text me email me etc. instead of me showing up missing work we all have busy schedules no one has the time for this completely unprofessional i wonder why their google rating is so low…

In the last 3 months, I've had 2 unrelated and very urgent issues. In both cases, Sudie was simply incredible. I failed to get her name the first time, but made sure I got it this time so I could shout from the rooftops how incredibly thankful I am to her for going FAR above and beyond her duties and helping my family. I've never had a bad experience at this location in general, but I had to call out this extremely great customer service on these last two occasions.

Tried calling for over a week now because their driver got stuck in my yard and caused a lot of damage, nobody ever answers the phone. They had to have a tow truck pull the mail truck out of my yard, hopefully a trip to the post office will help.

USPS fails EVERY TIME. Absolutely deplorable. Almost 40$ in EXPRESS shipping, handed it to the post office clerk and it’s GONE. Just gone. Very upset good luck getting my refund.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The drop box for packages was full and unlike my usual locations I frequent, they had no place designated for overflow. I walked up to the counter and as the woman whose name I sadly couldn't get (due to how fast she fled when ignoring my existence) slammed the door in my face without acknowledging me. Total disgrace and I feel for those who must frequent this location.

No point making passport appointments. This place is terrible. Made an appointment Monday for my son who I pulled out of school and was told they don't do them Mondays. Not their fault either because the government controls their website not them. Clowns, another government agency that needs to be defunded.

Sometimes the line is outrageous but the employees have always been friendly.Now actual mail delivery? We won't talk about that.

This place is the worst USPS office I have ever experienced. Arrived 30 minutes before closing and the office was already closed. I could hear the employees talking behind the doors but it was closed to the public. A lady showed up occasionally on a window and helped selected customers to send their items. I wanted to ship one envelope. Behind me showed up another customer with several hundred envelopes. That customer received help before me. When I asked if I can be helped as well and why the office is already closed I received the answer that it’s not her job to take and send my mail. In this case I wonder what she does at the postal office? I requested to speak with the supervisor who eventually showed up after a while. He could not help either and directed me to the self service machine. In future I will only use the self service machine at this office and hope that the headcount will be adjusted respectively.

Terrible service. I asked for help on which box is the cheapest to ship an item and they goes right over there is the boxes figure it out yourself. I was asking for help. A recommendation. They weren't helpful at all! I went to a different post office.

Horrible customer service. I needed a favor 20 minutes before they opened and she slammed the door in my face. This is the worst post office ever. I would go to another post office if I had the chance

How dare you usps for delivery my product that was shipped the same time once every other week. Then got caught, rearranged the entire shipping. I dare you to try to sabotage my process.

I made a passport appointment online for this location. Once I arrived I was informed that this location hasn’t offered passport services since January and that I should have received an email or text to cancel my appointment which I never did. Although it’s not the employees fault, It’s very disappointing especially after waiting weeks for this. This location should not be listed as an option, someone needs to fix that.
