I put the wrong address on an important package and it was lost in an apartment complex next to the office I expected the delivery at. Velda Young found my package which was business cards and called my cell on the card to let me know she had them. She waited for me to come and meet her and gave me the package I had lost. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my package and saved me time, money and hassle of reordering. She has restored my faith in humanity and there are still great people out there who hold their profession on a higher standard than just another paycheck. Thank you Velda!!!

Made an appointment for a passport photo. Arrived for my appointment and was told "we're done doing passport appointments for the day." I told them I had an appointment, and was told sorry you should have gotten an email cancelling it. I don't really understand how you can be done with something when people still have appointments. Very bad service, will not try there again.

Got a passport appointment online for this location and they called me a day before the appointment and cancelled, as a trucker it’s really hard to keep up with appointments in time but I did my best to be there and they screwed up my whole week

FINALLY! An awesome USPS employee that goes above and beyond. Sam's customer service skills are above and beyond and just seems like an all around great guy. He helped the older gentlemen in front of me that was confused with patience and kindness and he even helped me carry a few bins out to my car. They are lucky to have him. If I was his supervisor I would be giving him a pay raise!

USPS is a joke!
PRIORITY deliverys showing 5 to 7 days late.
When you track a package it travels back and forth between multipule states for no reason.
The USPS has no clue what they are doing.

Terrible service. Still waiting for my mailbox keys after 2 weeks. Cannot find out the status of my request over the phone (trying to speak with a real person is impossible), unless you go in person. I went twice already. I would fire the US Post Office CEO for allowing this to happen.

Delivery person regularly skips our mailbox. Have outgoing mail and now have to wait until Monday. Mailbox on phone for our zip code is full. I wonder why!!!

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for passport renewal for me and my daughter took time off work to get to the appointment only to show up for no one to be there only response i got from the lady working there was the person that does the passports isnt here today well great how about you let me know call me text me email me etc. instead of me showing up missing work we all have busy schedules no one has the time for this completely unprofessional i wonder why their google rating is so low…

In the last 3 months, I've had 2 unrelated and very urgent issues. In both cases, Sudie was simply incredible. I failed to get her name the first time, but made sure I got it this time so I could shout from the rooftops how incredibly thankful I am to her for going FAR above and beyond her duties and helping my family. I've never had a bad experience at this location in general, but I had to call out this extremely great customer service on these last two occasions.
