I could not be more pleased with the top notch service I received today! I’ve been to this location in the past but never had the experience I had today. The two gentlemen that assisted and completed my oil change were so polite and on top of their jobs. They filled my tires since they were a bit low, even cleaned my battery terminals since there was a little corrosion! Kadin and Austin, thank you for caring about your job and being so professional. I’ll definitely be back, I can only hope those two are there when I do.

I got an oil change here on 7/26/24. Sam and Tony were working. They forgot to bolt down two of the bolts on the oil pan cover back so when I entered the highway, the cover folded down under the car and was scraping along the road. I came back the next morning (they were already closed after it happened last evening), Dylan and Kadin (sorry if misspelled!) were extremely helpful and apologetic. They got the cover put back on and were so nice throughout the process. Sam and Tony should probably be working shifts with a knowledgeable manager on duty to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Dylan and Kadin deserve raises.

If you have signs up that say you are open at a certain time, and it says online you are open at that time, make sure you are open then instead of wasting my time

Jay and Dylan took great care of me from start to finish. I started by calling uncle Ed’s and I accidentally called the one that was further away from me but Jay’s amazing customer service made me want to come to his location instead of the closer one when I got there they showed me all of my options for my oil change checked everything in my car and explained what might need to be serviced,. They explained in detail what and why I may need other services. 10/10 for customer service! And speedy too
