It is zero! At all locations no one is answering the phones. All locations with different phone numbers, actually, answer with the same automated message, which is broken and does not allow to leave a message. That’s the experience.

DO NOT USE THEM! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! I am utterly appalled by the service. They completely ruined my grass, leaving it with deep ruts and a muddy mess. They carelessly tracked dirt all over my house, staining the cream carpet, and even managed to scratch the ceiling. To make matters worse, they cracked my desk. My attempts to contact them were unsuccessful, as they didn't bother to return my calls. After finally getting ahold of the driver, he was shockingly rude and dismissive. I wish I could give them less than zero stars. It was a a terrible experience and would caution anyone from ever using them.

Never use the services, over charging and very bad work. Moved from Troy to Shelby, guys didn’t even assemble all the furnitures and the office never picked the phone when trying to complain. Stay away guys and use other movers, paid 1000$ for 3.5 hour job. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

They may be reasonable locally, but unrealistic for out of state move. They quoted me $14,000 for a 1700 square foot house move. I dont have much furniture. I can purchase a move truck for that price. Also they said if i want items 2 weeks late i can save and get it for $9,000.

We've carried out multiple moves with Two Men and a Truck over the past 5 years and based on my experience the Shelby Twp office is the best of the best.The process is super efficient....I called on Saturday to make the arrangements and ended up scheduling my move for the following day on Sunday. I'm still amazed at how quick/easy the process was as I type this review from the home office in my new house.This latest move with Two Men and a Truck has been my best experience yet. From the office employees to the gentlemen who helped carry out the work.....5 stars to everyone involved!In the past I would rent a truck, call in a few friends, and attempt do this type of work myself. Not anymore (and my body grateful for it).....Two Men and a Truck make the process too easy and their hard-working/friendly employees take the stress out of moving.THANK YOU to the entire Two Men and a Truck team for all your help!
