Every time I go into this location 26& VanDyke there are boxes everywhere of new inventory that needs to be placed on shelves. You cannot walk down aisles with a cart, the store is very small and unorganized.

Every time I go in to this location it's a disaster. Now mind you, it's not that often, but literally every time it is SO messy and disorganized. Idk about anyone else, but it's hard for me to want to shop in a place that looks like that

Busy or not, poor customer service is inexcusable. Had one employee practically run me over rather than say “excuse me”, stood in line for far too long as the cashiers are few and are not quick. Asked about bathing suits, not helpful. Didn’t even ask where I looked, just “if we’re out that’s it”. Then asked about an open bottle of perfume with no price tag or lid. Obviously people had been trying it and it should have been marked down. I am a manager. That’s why I’m saying this. Your staff needs help.

Used to be a place for savings on name brands. But like everywhere else. Getting pricey. Pay attention as some items are priced more than current retail elsewhere. Still some deals and unique items. But have to hunt fir them now.

I came in tonight looking for a few things, kinda bummed they didn’t have 2 of the things I was really hoping to get. I grabbed the 1 thing I wanted they did have. Went to checkout where there was NO line.. That didn’t stop me from having to wait so long that I ended up walking away.. the moment I get to the door she calls for the next register while looking right at me. Oh, I didn’t mention; There were 3 or 4 workers behind the counter the entire time. I won’t be back to this location. 9pm 2-21-24
