“I have them a 4 because....the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable but they told me my thermostat was bad and when I tool my car to wearmaster where I had a warranty, I was told the thermostat was fine and it was a plug that was causing my car to over heat. So im still on the fence about this repair shop.”
“I am a long haul truck driver and I had struck a rock with my back trailer tire which bent the rim. Dons Tire Service wasn't to far so I limped in to see if they could help. I was informed by Mark (not sure what his position is) that they were closed and everything was shut down for the day. Sadly, there was nothing he could do for me. I thanked him and went back to my truck to see where the next location might be. It was late on a Thursday and raining hard! After striking out a few times I was just placing another call when Mark knocked on my door. I rolled the window down expecting him to tell me Id have to move off the property, but instead he said "back your tire up to that bay door. I'll fix you up!". I was floored! I did, and within less than 10 minutes, Mark had fixed my rim, aired up my tire and refused NO PAY at all from me!! He took a fist bump and said "just glad I could help you! Be safe out there!" You talk about an awesome dude with mad skills and a true heart for the needy! He was truly God sent in a rainstorm! If you need service from a straight up company...no matter what your locomotive needs may be, I highly recommend Dons Tire Service just to see if they could help! “I have had another great experience here at Belle Tire in Shelby. I have been shopping here for many years and continue to receive great service by knowledgeable and caring staff. Recently, Aaron Belfiori helped me select new winter tires for my new Mach E Mustang. I found his help and guidance immeasurable as this was the first time I needed two sets of tires for my car. Also, he guided me through a "valet service" to store and switch out summer-winter tires eliminating the need for me to store them in my garage. He even "recognized me" coming through the door and had my service contract in hand. That's personalized service. Thanks Aaron!”
“We went in for a flat tire and were very worried since it was around 7:30 PM and no other shop would fix it until tomorrow. Costco took us in that night AND they were able to fix it in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to Dylan and the rest of the Costco team for helping us out on a rough day and doing an amazing job!
