I mailed a package to my sister in Florida that was supposed to arrive by 10/31...sadly, it did not arrive as expected. In addition, the man who helped me was a rude dude and would not listen to anything I was explaining. He even stuck the label on the opposite side from where the address is supposed to go after I asked him to place the label in the address section of the envelope. I hope he is not the owner. Poor customer service experience and I need to know where my sister's package went. When I asked him to add a piece of tape to firmly secure the envelope, he waved me on and said he can help the next person. Again...Rude Dude!

It’s Saturday 09/28 and 10:46 and they’re not open yet. Stated they open at 10:30. Had four people outside, and other people are waiting in car. Why is this always happening here? Kind of ridiculous. I understand being short staffed, but who is the Store Manager at this location? Or the Franchisee? Take some responsibility and get here on time.

I had an amazon package that I needed to return and since I didn't have tape to reuse my package, I gave it to them at where they could handle the item and ship it in transit. This was around 1:30 where no other customer was there. After thinking to check after 45 minutes the package is already in transit! That's incredibly fast service and I'm very satisfied with my experience. The employee that helped me was also nice throughout my quick experience.

I try to leave good reviews and not be a “Karen” but jesus are these people incompetent. You can call as many times as you want but they never answer their phone, and they’re basically always late on deliveries. Don’t listen to the 5 star reviews.

We rushed to arrive before closing to ship urgent paperwork. The lady at the desk had already turned off the computer and said it “wouldn’t let her” turn it back on and we needed to come back tomorrow. Change your hours or offer your services all the way until closing.

These guys are pretty incompetent and clueless.
Went in to overnight an application, and to include a return envelope for the application to come back to me. Their response “this is not something which is possible to do”. Well, I went to the Romeo Plank location and they happily did it and I walked out of there in 2 minutes.
This is the second time I came in for something and had to go a a different UPS store to get it done. Unless you want to do something super simple, better to go elsewhere. And they should either train their employees to do things, or just get into some other business they can handle.
