I was a little skeptical of the bad reviews, so I thought I'd try them myself. There's no one around to answer any questions or offer any help. God forbid you ask a question to the guy at the counter. He has only two; "no" and "I don't know". Now there is nothing wrong with not having an answer to a question, no matter how basic it is, but the attitude is all wrong. I guess he's more into "beard scaping" than hard scaping . How dare I ask him a question about pavers?!So... No staff to help, arrogant and disrespectful person at the desk why would I want to spend my money here? I'm talking my business elsewhere and letting everyone know. Stay away from these people!

"you obviously don't know what you want so, why don't come back when you figured it out" overweight man large glasses balding back office manager. AVOID. Amber/Jake are good.So his quote, result of them not having stock of what I came there for. My questions to find alternative cause more and more hostility towards me. Legit.PS. And btw my second and third items that I quote "wanted" were also indeed, not in stock. most of popular items sold out due to covid, supply chain issues.Sorry to be personal but: "hey guy, no reason to be rude to a person who spending 3000-5000$ monthly. I know I had a lot of questions but I didn't get any answers. It's quite obvious that you were frustrated with my presence. I understand the supply chain issue and you had five stars for me maybe for because of the supply chain if it wasn't for one visit with you. Next time please answer my questions or tell me some excuse like you're busy or lost and send me to a different employee who has patience, please. Legit, please. Peace.

I walked in around 9:30am. (They open at 8) Half of the lights were still off. I looked to the back to find a man sitting at his desk. Without saying a single word, he signaled with his fingers for me to walk over. I told him I was looking for brick pavers. He did as little as direct me to the catalogs they had displayed. I asked if there was anyone available to assist with some products and pricing, since I obviously am shopping for a product that I am not as familiar with, hoping I could speak to a professional in the industry. His response was 'There is no one here to help you. We are short staffed'. You expect me to spend thousands of dollars with a company like this? Disgusting experience, to say the least.

My family has been happy customers up until today. We were treated with such disrespect it made us feel belittled. Due to a language barrier and a mis understanding, the confusion caused left us being denied service and told to take our business elsewhere. We were yelled at, given attitude and no help on clarifying what we did not understand. It is extremely upsetting especially when we have taken our business there for numerous occasions and have already spent thousands. Instead of turning away paying customers due to a misunderstanding, they need to work on better customer service and how to be more clear. Your customers are not people who you should yell at or belittle, complete outrageous.

Truly don’t understand why we were treated with such disrespect. There was a confusion on a product due to language barrier and instead of trying to fix the problem we were told to leave and take our business elsewhere even though we have already spent thousands of dollars at this location. Instead of trying to calmly explain I was yelled at. I do not recommend.

Worst place to buy anything I waited 30 minutes after buying something and no one in the yard helped me out so I just went back inside for a refund take your hard earned money elsewhere

I had some material delivered and both the supervisor/ driver were professional and accommodating. If I need anything else in the future I will give them a call for sure.

I will never use Stonescape again! At the request of my cement contractor, I ordered 6 yards of fill sand to be used under my cement walkway. The pile of dirt shown in the photo on the right is what was delivered. It was full of clay and completely unusable. The salesman not only refused to replace it with decent quality fill sand (see sand on left side of image obtained elsewhere) but refused to haul it away as well. He laughed at the situation -- and almost caused me to lose my contractor for the job due to the contractor's level of total frustration with Stonescape and their unwillingness to provide proper sand.
