I have been a customer of Sophia Jewelry for probably 15/20 years. They always help me out. And they have some amazing jewelry at fair prices. I have gotten some really beautiful pieces from them. Now I’ve been taking my granddaughter in when she’s in town for the summer, to get her silver earrings. They have everything!!!! Thank you for always helping me out. I don’t deal with many jewelers in the area. I really trust them with my jewelry!!! Thank you guys!!!! I am recommending them for their jewelry repair service too!!!! Amazing work!!! Thank you guys for always treating me like a friend!!!!

LOVE this place! I found it on Yelp. I was looking for a small business to repair several pieces of jewelry and this place turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Their pricing on jewelry repair is fair and they have a really cool station set-up where you can customize your own anklets, bracelets and chain rings so I bought two pieces while I waited. Definitely worth checking out!

Would not recommend this jeweler at all! Customer service is awful. Purchased a tag bracelet for my son and had to pay 4 different t times to get it fixed because the chain broke. After the last time of paying to get it fixed, the chain broke AGAIN after only 15 minutes of my son wearing it. My husband went to take it off him and it broke. I went back there to explain the situation and the lady was VERY rude and told me she would not even take my bracelet because it wasn’t her fault it broke????? What ?!!! You would think they would have better customer service, especially after we bought the bracelet from there and had to pay 4 DIFFERENT times to get it fixed!! So rude and won’t ever walk into that place again.

Amazing experience with Sofia’s! I got the wedding ring of my dreams there and they made the process so easy! Love this family owned business. I’ve been coming here for years. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve never been disappointed!! They go above and beyond to help you find that perfect gift. They don’t rush you out of the store they take there time to go through their jewelry catalog’s to order that special something that you’re looking for. Once they order it , it only takes a few days. They helped me pick out gold jewelry for my grandkids communion and baptism and of course for me and for my whole family!! They do jewelry and watch repairs. They’ll do it right on the spot.

I wish I could give zero stars.I had my wedding ring Centerstone set here. It was set improperly crooked and the prongs were not shined before putting the diamond in. I went back to the store and explained to the lady that it was crooked and uneven at the top. She told me that’s the best we can do. I said but it’s not straight she said get out of my store. I hope nobody goes here for service she’s very mean and unprofessional.

On 6-23-20, I brought my pocket watch in for a new battery because I had attempted to open the back and had put two small 1/8 long scratches in it and didn't want to do any more damage. So I brought my watch to what I thought was a professional. Unfortunately the lady must have had issues getting the back of the watch open and damaged it with gouges and scratches far beyond my unnoticeable scratches and ruined it. When I spoke to her about my dissatisfaction, she quickly denied doing the damage and became irate with me, I recorded the phone call so that can't be denied. It is my opinion if you bring anything in for repairs, take pictures before and inspect it before you leave the store. I would not have taken this route had she owned up to her mistake and not gotten irate with me .. very unprofessional.
